It has been 10 months since I have joined this site. I discovered this site through fic recs on Twitter. I read the fic recs of course and eventually decided to sign up. I don't regret my decision. This site kept me preoccupied over vacations, kept my mind working on what to write and kept my emotions constantly disarrayed. But I'm not complaining. Really.

I remember very well the first time I read a story here. I remember, the story was entitled Rewind. Up to this day, it still is one of my faves. Firsts lasts :D

This site did not only make me more of a reader than I was before but it also made me take initiative to try and be a better writer than I was before. This site made me open my eyes to a number of possibilities and perspectives. I have been more vocal. Whenever I like a story, I make it evident to the authors because, I too, want to know what my readers think of my work. I learned to be more empathetic that way. I even met friends! This site really brought me refreshing experiences and no, I'm not regretting. Yes, I'm happy. Very happy in fact.

I may sound overboard but really, I'm just being honest. Asianfanfics became a part of my life. It still is and I'm happy it is :)

Happy 6 years Asianfanfics! More forevers to come! Let's go hand in hand!
