Don't you just hate it when you hire designers and give them requests to do but they never end up doing them on time?
Especially when the requests was given weeks ago? I've always had these problems with my designers that I hire, I mean,
I'm not a good graphic designer and all, but I'm really disappointed and pissed when designers don't finish or do the work they are given. I don't
know if it's just me or does other graphic shop owners/designers have the same situations as me.
but ugh Asdfghjkl; I just wished they put a little more efforts.

And ESPECIALLY when you send them a message and they choose to either ignore or just never check on it. (Especially when you sent a message yesterday and the next day you go back online to find out that they were online that day but didn't even botehr to reply back.)
Likee, really now? Does it hurt to reply or are you too "busy" to just answer back with a reason why you couldn't finish them?
