After moving to Ireland I have had a lot of problems with my back. Nowhere I have access to can I sit comfortably for a longer period of time while using my computer. The amount of papers we have here are ridiculous and my back is hurting more and more because the chairs are so ing crappy and I have to sit on them for hours on end. Therefore I found a tablet that can be used as an electronic notebook; you can write directly on the screen with a pen. This would solve sososo many problems for me, not only with my back but also with my writing stories in 20 different notebooks at the same time. We have several places where I can sit comfortably, but I can't use my computer in any of them. So a tablet would allow me to do my school work, sit comfortably and not destroy my back before I turn 24 this year. 

I asked my dad if he would help me pay for the tablet. He said no, because he's "not sure" if he'll have a job after September and therefore he has to be "VERY careful with spending money". A few days after he said this he went on a 2 week holiday to the Philippines (in late February) and today he posted pictures on his Facebook of his new "to me from me" delayed Christmas present; a brand new motorcycle... Yes, dad, I can see how careful you are. 

I don't even know why this upsets me so much anymore. It's not like it's something new.
