do i or do i not start this diet........?

do i or do i not start secret's diet plan...

this is it: 

SECRET'S DIET PLAN 

Monday 

- Morning: 1 slice of toast, 1 apple, 1 sweet potato. 

- Lunch: chicken  salad. 

- Night: 8 cherry tomatoes, 1 cucumber. 

Tuesday 

- Morning: 1 slice of toast, low-fat milk. 

- Lunch: 1 sweet potato. 

- Night: 8 strawberries, cherry tomatoes 5. 

Wednesday

- Morning: 1 slice of toast, low-fat milk. 

- Lunch: 1 sweet potato, 5 cherry tomatoes . 

- Night: 5 strawberries, 1 cucumber. 

Thursday 

- Morning: 1 toast, low-fat milk. 

- Lunch: chicken , 8 strawberries. 

- Night: 5 cherry tomatoes, 1 cucumber. 

Friday 

- Morning: 1 slice of toast, 1 apple. 

- Lunch: 1 cucumber, 5 cherry tomatoes. 

- Night: 10 strawberries. 

Saturday 

- Morning: I slice of toast, low-fat milk. 

- Lunch: 1 sweet potato. 

- Evening: 1 apple, 3 cherry tomatoes. 

 

currently on the military diet, on day 2 out of 3.

drink more water, drink a lot of water and you will loose weight much faster, drink tea, green tea for example you will feel fitter but it also helps to get rid of which is in your body.. its easy to lose 4 kilo in 2 weeks with that and its not unhealthy like what youre doing.. work out a little and doesnt have to be much but jumping rope will burn fat at your whol body and no you cant burn fat just at certain parts of your body xD
and yes im saying all this because i learned it at school for quite a lot of time and read a loooot about this because im stll trying to eat healthier and will try to start doing so now
whts important is.. you shouldnt think like this or that is unhealthy
because nothing is unhealthy as long as you dont eat it every day a few times.. not including fast food of course ts just plain unhelthy but we all know that
maybe try somethign liek detox water as well if its too hard for you to drink simple water all day long
but deto wter cantaste like so its much more of a torture xD

just saying but you should eat more definitely if you eat too less your body will soon crave for a lot of food and you will gain weight much quicker and way more than you did before
thats definitely not enough food, dont start a diet just like that, you need to do it slowly, start with eating less of the stuff you ate before and start to replace sweets with fruits or vegetables then you can start to search healthy recipes but those will contain things like meat rice noodles etc its not unhealthy, no.. maybe buy whole grain noodles bread etc and eat fried vegetables with bread rice or potatoes, not so much that you think you will explode, bt a good amount.. eat 5 meals a day, breakfast ( a lot) then between breakfast and lunch soomething small like an apple, lunch (less than breakfast) and again something like an apple and then a small dinner like one or two huge slices of bread with something on it maybe avocado or something doesnt really matter
