Chapter 1: I have a mom who is very strict to the kind of diet that she will let me do. Like I am only allowed to do the dinner part of the diet that she is doing which is basically protein and a salad. Is there any advise as to how I can still loose the weight?

Chapter 1: Careful, because ripe bananas and water equal constipation. Eat bananas with brown peels because they are sweeter and healthier with water and without water for you.

Chapter 1: Chapter 1: The banana diet seemed to work but I got tempted into getting back into my old habits. I think exercising is best for me.

Chapter 1: hmm but I don't want my s to get bigger Lol, and can I eat banana in the morning then 5 to 6 small meals throughout the day? and can I drink milk (low fat) and maybe coffee ?

Chapter 1: I did this diet for about 5 days, i measured my stomach circumfrence before the starting of the diet it was 31 inches (i measured in the morning when i didnt eat breakfast yet). 5 dys later i measured my stomach in the same condition and it was about less that 30 in.
