But seriously, I really like your world-building. I was a bit thrown off by how quickly Jongin was able to adapt to the sea, but I hope you explain it further in future chapters, like something in his Sea lineage is unique. I'm also curious about the Merpeople and Junmyeon's reaction to Jongin and why it seems a bit mild. Have a few humans been down there before throughout Mer history and that's its just been a very long time since the Merpeople have seen a human with Sea in his blood? Or maybe the Merpeople are just chill like that and wouldn't be up in arms like humans. Lol Sorry for all the questions. You can ignore me if you want and just answer the questions through progression of the story. But great fic and keep up the good work!

Chapter 2: Your world building already has me in deep with this fic. What DOES Taemin mean by bringing him under?? Omg how cute and awesome if that's a possibility. Like the reverse of every mermaid story ever written (with the human exploring the underwater world, and not the usual way around). And I love how endearing you've made Jongin by having a worldly way of thinking but still spitting out awkwardness. His personality clashes well with Taemin's coolness and playfulness.
And damn Jongin for stopping Taemin's hands! Taemin just wants to learn about human anatomy better, that's all. Stop making Jongin so inconsiderate. *smirk*
