We were walking down the street in the middle of December, looking at the lights and decorations. "It's all so pretty this time of year," Junhui said as his breath fogged. As we passed by a small shop, I saw something that caught my eye.

"Wait here," I said and ran inside. I came out a minute laer. "Here you go." I handed him one pair of mittens.

"Minghao," said Junhui, "these are perfect! Thank you!" He hugged me.

After we pulled away, I said, "Put them on."

They were couple mittens. The back of mine said, "Keep me warm." The back of Junhui's said, "I will." They were too cute to pass.

On the way home, a ball of snow hit my cheek. I looked at Junhui, and he laughed. So I threw one right back. We ended up having a mini snowball fight in the middle of our neighborhood. Finally, it ended. Junhui and I walked to my front door.

"I had fun," he said.

"Me too." Junhui looked up and blushed.

"Mistletoe. Should we..?" I nodded.

He leaned forward

I leaned forward.

And it was perfect.
