Its been about a week since i've found out that I had brain cancer. They made me stay in the hospital for tests to see how far along I was.

Taemin often visits me after school, I told him not to tell anyone where I was just that Im spending time with family.

It was a wensday afternoon and I was just sitting down watching TV. The doctor had came in to check on me not telling me anything yet.

I looked down at the hospital clothes they gave me, They were so dull. White with little blue poke a dots. I mean seriously blehh.

I sighed and flipped through my phone. I got messages from schoolmates asking me where I was.

Then at the corner a little message popped up. I checked my inbox.

BlingBling... who was that?!

I opened my phone and read the message.

Hey Kibum why haven't you been at school?

Still confused I wrote back. 'Who Is this?' Send.

A mintue later they replied.

You seriously don't know who I am? I thought you were smarter than that.

I thought back and my eyes widened.

JONGHYUN?! I sent shocked.

Bingo! hows my favorite little buddy. I could feel that he was smirking writing this.

how did you get my number? I replied mad.

By now I was fumming.

I decided to turn off my phone, talking to him was the last thing I wanted to do.

A couple of hours later taemin came along with my parents.

While my umma and appa were talking to the doctor Taemin stayed with me talking about what I missed.

"Yah taemin what has been happening to Jonghyun lately?"

Taemins eyes widened and he looked at me confused. "You hate him, why do you wanna know?"

"That messaged me today! I hate him." I groaned.

"He actually messaged you?!" Taemin said looking nervous.

"What do you mean? did YOU give him my phone number?!"

"I uhh..." "TAEMIN!" I yelled as he looked at me shocked.

"Im sorry! He stole it from me. He's always asking me where you are and he wouldn't leave me alone till he got your phone number, I thought it was a joke!" He pouted.

My eyes softend. "He probably wanted it to annoy me." I frowned.

"It seems like he likes you!" Taemin teased.

"Yah! I'd rather die than have that ugly dinosaur like me! Thats just... disgusting!"

Taemin and I laughed as my parents walked in.

"Good news, You can come home!" My umma smiled.

"Seriously?!" Taemin said as he hugged me.

My eyes widened in surprize. Finally I can go home and get out of these ugly clothes!

"But..." My appa said and I frowned. "But what?" I asked.

"You must come every month for a checkup, They gave us medicine for you to stop your headaches... Your going to end up having to get surgery."

My eyes widend and I gulped my saliva. Surgery?! My worse fear!

"If you don't, something bad will happen." My umma said.

"They'll have to cut open my head? wont that leave a scar?"

"Kibum, You need to have it. Would you rather die or have surgery?!"

"B-but umma.. What if something goes wrong?!" I asked scared to death.

"Kibum! I'll always be here." Taemin squealed and hugged me.

"Its a possibility, but a very small one. Don't think so much of it Kibum. Now go and change."

I did as I was told while my parents went to get my medicine.

I frowned. Theres a possibility that person will be me!
