Seoul was known to be a gang territory and for years these gangs having been terrorizing the whole city day in and day out. Parents would tell their kids to never wander off at night and to never venture into the corner alleys where blood and guts have spilled, living in fear that one day their own child would get roped into something vicious and deadly. Then one day, it all stops, and the city is at peace once again―or that’s what they all thought, what with the gang’s hand deep into the pockets of the police and government; polluting the city with blood and gore at night. The question at hand is, will the gangs be ever stopped? or will it grow to be the terror of the night once again?
