My breath hitches as I re-read the sentence "I like it when you smile"  

This here is a start of a new story however, this time its not about how we met but its about how we slowly build up our friendship... 

December 14th, 2013

(Facebook Message) "Good Morning! Today is a good day!" said him 

"Morning!!" said __

"I can't wait to see you later at the party!" said him

"haha yeah I am heading out now see you later!" said __

At the party 

(Applause) 

"Let's now have the bboys of the XX to perform for us!!" said someone 

(Music plays) 

__ stares amazingly as he dance to the music 

7:00pm 

As I waved goodbye to him I felt somehow sad? I kept looking back as my friends and I were walking away... I am still not familiar with this feeling but this feeling didn't stay for long...

(Facebook message) "__ I miss you so much!!!" said him 

"Awwww... I miss you too! but we will see each other in 3 weeks time" said __ (suddenly feeling sad) 

"But it is a long time..." said him 

"Awwww...we can always meet outside" said __

"Yeah! I hope that you are not busy!" said him 

"We should meet on Saturday or Sunday!" said him 

"Haha we should!" said __ (smiles widely) 

"I am very happy today! Thank you for your gift!" said him 

"Awww I hope that you like it, my friends and I made it together" said __

"Yeah! Its like a memory to me" said him 

"I heard you are graduating soon" said him 

"Yeah....but theres still 5 months" said __

"I am going to use these 5 months and make the most of it with you" said him 

"Yeah but I will be here till about August so theres time" said __

"Thats good! Are you going to be studying abroad?" said him

"Yeah I am planning to" said __

"I hope you stay in XX though..." said him 

(A few minutes later) 

"You know during the party today I was looking at you...I tried to talk to you but I think I was too shy" said him 

(smiles unknowingly) "Awww once we get to know each other more we won't be that shy" said __ 

"Haha yeah I hope so..." said him 

"Today was really fun but when I looked over to you I didn't see you smile" said him 

"Haha I did but I think I am just tired" said __

"Oh I thought that you are sick and if you are sick I will take care of you" said him 

(smiles widely like an idiot) "Haha nop I am just tired from school" said him 

"Alright then I shall not disturb you goodnight!!, I will dream of you every night!" said him 

(heart starts racing) "Haha good night!" said __

"I'm happy to know you" said him 

That was the highlight of our conversation including the way he noticed me when I am smiling and when I am not...

(Facebook message continues) 

"Are you sleepy?" said __

"Nooooo I am not sleepy because I miss you, I am also happy and smiling for no reason haha" said him

"Hahahhahahaah..." said __

"You are very cute" said him

(heart flutters) 

"I can't stop smiling now" said him 

"Thats good keep smiling" said __

"Haha I hope you are smiling like me too" said him 

I sometimes wonder how he could make me smile with just words maybe its just me...

Till now I am still trying to figure out what is the meaning behind all the things he said to me...or maybe I am just thinking too much...

Many things happened in our friendship both good and bad however, he has never failed to make me smile like an idiot...sometimes I wonder whether or not I was hit by a cupid with an arrow but then to think again it wasn't a cupid that hit me but it was him...

Although, our story isn't like any other where friendship would lead to romance...I hope that he will think of me when he smiles 

So...keep smiling my friend...
