Srrrrrrring.

The alarm clock rang pealed through the room and Baekho groaned and forced himself to wake up and start another day of work. Messing his hair, he looked at the clock and it clicked 6:45am, he still has 45 minutes to get ready and head to his job where he worked as an assistant to a producer. The Assistant to the Producer is an administrator who works closely with producers throughout the production process. They are involved at the pre-production stage through to post production and marketing and distribution. They must be well organized, flexible, and have a good overview of the production process and that's exactly how Baekho is, that's why he often gets jobs offers from overseas but he refuses them wanting to stay in Korea because it's the only country that makes him feel good and confident enough about himself and his surroundingsㅡ Baekho took a warm shower and headed towards a small café in the neighborhood to have breakfast before going to work. "Grind House" he read the name of tha Café once again and sighed, going in to grab a cup of coffee and some muffins if they were available. The reason Baekho comes here everyday is because this is the place that holds many memories from the past. This is where he promised Minki to never leave him, this is where they first met since it was near both their houses and this is where they would meet to make plans for the day.
Flashback
"Baekkie..." Minki said as he back-hugged the male that has been waiting for him in the café.
"Babyyy!" Baekho said and gestured him to sit across from him. "Did you sleep well?" The elder said looking at the male in front of him and his cute nod.
"But hyungie, have you been waiting for long?" Baekho shook his head at the younger's question and took his hand, interlacing their fingers and looking at him.
"Minki, you'll never leave me, right?" They exchanged looks for a while and Minki sighed, squeezing Baekho's hand gently.
 "I promise."
End of flashback
Baekho looked at his table consciously and realised his order is already there. He sighed and squeezed the mug, not having any appetite anymore. "Promises are meant to be broken..." he mumbled to himself, repeating the quote from his favorite book. He nomed on his muffins and took a sip of his mug of coffee, only drinking half of it. Kang Baekho was a very cheerful humanbeing, he was that kind of person that never gets annoyed with his surroundings and overlooks at everything in a positive way no matter how much his life can get hard. His friends back in the days used to call him the happy virus, he would joke all the time and make everyone smile just because he didn't like seeing people feel sad because of some stupid situation. One of his main mottos in life was “an attitude of positive expectation is the mark of the superior personality.” But- but he is not like that anymore. He thought he didn't care about people coming in or out of his life, until that one person left him and didn't leave any traces of his existence behind. That one is Choi Minki, the love of his life. Maybe he left an impact before going but it was a negative one that hurted the elder deeply and he could swear to God that he will never be able to love anyone else as much because once he fell in love when he was born, it was Minki, it's still Minki and it'll forever be him. He learned to love him and nobody can ever change that or make Baekho feel the same way except that young man. We do like and get attached to people quite a while in our life, but I believe there's only this one person who can completely turn your world around and make you fee
