Located at the heart of South Korea, Nycto Academy was founded by its current headmaster on the year 1991 after completing his mandatory military service. With only 23 years of existence, the academy had already promoted remarkable excellence among the many other schools in Seoul, thus making it in the Top 10 Universities in the country.
Nycto Academy is a closed-off area that does not tolerate anything, not even government intervention. Our students are under strict discipline that stresses the importance of traditions and customs. They are raised to become the sophisticated gentlemen and ladies of Seoul through an exclusive dorm life and our individual high-level educational curriculum.
Since the school's founding, its custom is that the headmaster decides all matters within the school, and his decisions are absolute and incontrovertible. The headmaster also chooses the prefects to govern the school. Tradition is crucial and it constitutes to the school's system.

academy regulations
ONE. Students should, at all times, in and out of school, act with consideration and courtesy towards others.
TWO. The normal school day should be regarded as from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Breakfast is served in the Dining Hall at 6:00-9:00 a.m, lunch at 12:00 noon, and afternoon tea break at 2:00pm.
THREE. Complete school uniform should worn inside campus premises at all times.
FOUR. In case of absences, the academy should be informed by telephone or in writing as soon as possible. A note must be brought on return to school after any period of absence, explaining the absence. Family holidays in term time are not approved and are actively discouraged by the school.
FIVE. Punctuality must be observed. Any student arriving after the first bell rings must report to the prefect. Lateness without reasonable cause incurs an appropriate penalty.
SIX. Students are expected to bring equipment required for lessons e.g. exercise books, pens, pencils etc. All textbooks, library books, materials and equipment remains as school property.
SEVEN. All students are expected to take pride in maintaining a high standard of tidiness and cleanliness in and around the academy's premises, and have respect for the school buildings and equipment. Any vandalism will be treated as a serious offence and appropriate action will be taken.
EIGHT. Smoking is absolutely prohibited in school, on the way to and from school and in any other circumstances in which the good name of the school would be brought into disrepute. Students in the company of another student smoking will also be punished.
NINE. The school takes no responsibility for money or valuables. These should be kept on the person, in lockers or entrusted to a member of staff for safe keeping.
TEN. Detention shall be served after class hours with a duration of 1-2 hours depending on the violation made. All students will be supervised by a professor or any of the house prefects.
ELEVEN. Students may not leave campus premises after 11:00 p.m and shall be in their respective dorms.
