Epilogue: Wednesday (Part 3)
I Knew You Were TroubleWednesday
Jisoo woke up that morning in an extraordinarily peaceful mood. She rolled out of bed after a refreshing good night’s sleep and went through her usual morning routine with more perk than usual. Usually, she dreaded waking up in the mornings but today, she had something to look forward to. It seemed like the boys were taking careful measures to approach her one by one and she felt warmth surge through her body as she wondered who she would encounter today.
She jumped in the bathroom for a quick shower and got dressed in a simple fuzzy blue sweater and white skinny jeans to start her day. It was getting very chilly as it was approaching late December and she made sure to bundle up. Making her way to the kitchen, she frowned as she realized she didn’t have any groceries. Not that she had a lot to begin with but she didn't even have cereal or milk to make a decent breakfast.
Her cooking skills hadn’t really developed over the years much to her chagrin and she usually settled to ordering Chinese take out or pizza. The grocery store wasn’t too far away from her house and she opted on making a detour there before heading to the floral shop where she worked part-time aside from her daycare job to make due with her bills.
“Hello,” she greeted the cashier at the store. The cashier waved back, smiling. Jisoo was a well-known person around the neighborhood and everyone loved being in her company as she always seemed to brighten up the atmosphere.
Humming lightly, she found herself immersed in the sweets aisle. Her eyes zoomed in on the last box of cinnamon cookies and she rushed over to get it before anyone else. She grunted slightly, stepping on her tiptoes to reach for the box but to no avail. She inwardly cursed her short height and was about to jump for the box when a hand
