RemembranceFrom: Tiffany, 5:36PM
Would you like to have dinner with me at home? I can ask Auntie Choi to cook some of your favourite food for you.
Victoria read the text message over and over again. She doesn’t know whether she should have dinner with Tiffany. She’s trying to be aware of her, after Kris told her about Tiffany’s intention. She didn’t forget about the dream she had after she fainted from hearing what Kris told her. She believed it was a memory, which caused her to always be cautious around Tiffany. But after a week of working in this company and seeing how Tiffany treated her the past week, she’s having doubts about it. Maybe her intention wasn’t bad, and people read it wrong, she thought.
She types down her reply, and hesitates to send it out. She doesn’t even know whether the decision she’s going to make was right.
She thinks twice again and decided to press ‘send’.

Tiffany smirked as she read what Victoria replied. She wasn’t surprised by her answer, as she knew Victoria would definitely agree on having a dinner with her. She knew Nichkhun had a meeting with a client for the company today, and she took the chance to ask Victoria for dinner. Though with this reason it wasn’t really enough for Victoria to agree, but for the past week she has been treating Victoria really well.
One step closer, she thought to herself.

Everything went smoothly tonight. She can’t be more happier about it.
Earlier…
“Do you like the food, Young lady Victoria?” Auntie Choi asked as she cleared the empty plates from the dining table. Victoria nods, “Yes. You cooked all of my favourites. Thank you.”
“You’re welcome.”
“It’s getting quite late, just stay for the night.” Tiffany said after Auntie Choi leaves the room. She has been asking Victoria to stay the night today, but Victoria didn’t want to as she knows Nichkhun will be worried if she didn’t return to their apartment. She looked at her watch, it’s already 10PM, and Nichkhun haven’t text or call her. He’s still in the meeting, she thought.
“I’m sure Nichkhun doesn’t want you to go back home alone this late.” Tiffany added.
What Tiffany said has make Victoria rethink on whether she should stay the night, “I guess you’re right. I’ll just have to inform him then.”
“Great! I’ll get Auntie Choi to prepare your room. I’m sure you missed your bedroom here.”
“First step, done.” She said to herself. She had been planning this for the past week. She wanted Victoria to come back and stay in this mansion, so that she can continue to act as a nice sister to her, slowly gaining back her trust. She saw the way Victoria acted around her the past week, trying to leave their conversation short, being cautious around her. Because of that, she knew Victoria doesn’t trust her at all. Something must have happened before she left this mansion. It can’t be Nichkhun who told her the truth, since he’s part of it too.
For now, Victo
