Go Love I

Go Love

They always dived into things heads first.

Maybe it was the same thing this time.

He's running without a thought but he has his destination set in stone.

He's going back to where they first met, where he first laid eyes on her, where she first smiled at him.

It's been days, weeks, months, and years.

But he still holds onto the promise. It's all that he has left of her.

It's the only thing that holds them together.

He pauses.

What if she's not there, where they first met, where they he first has his heart stolen, where she first bid him goodbye.

There's nothing to hold her to him.

What if she's already slipped out of all they promised.

It's been seconds, minutes, and hours.

He can still see her in his dreams, where she promised she'll be.

There are too many thoughts now. All of her.

Her simple thinking, her dreams, her love for the little things.

He remembers now.

Why they're apart, why he's in the big city with his dreams and why she's in a little village with hers.

Then he remembers why he's here.

Why he's on his way to her, why he still keeps their promise.

He starts running again.

He's letting his feet carry him across the old familiar path he's known so well in his dreams.

And he's running as fast as he can, to reach the last train, to reach her.

And he's standing there along with the passing last train.

He looks and she's no where to be seen.

He thinks that it's all in his dreams, his promise alone.

But the last train passes.

And he sees her.

Her eyes lifts up to his and he sees the world in her eyes.

She smiles for him again.

She's kept it he thinks.

But she does more than that.

She takes the first step over

And suddenly, they're together once again,

Diving heads first.
