Author’s Note:

I actually wrote the original story of this for my Creative Writing class last year, named ‘Changing My Life’, based on the prompt ‘My life will never be the same’, which was the original ending sentence for the story as well, and planned to post it on AFF back then. It was delayed until now, but I’m glad how it turned out. I rewrote the story and split it into smaller parts so it can be read bit by bit. I’m proud of it and I hope you enjoy it!
