The Top Ten are the most popular around, and it's a guarentee that you've heard of and seen them on your TVs or magazines. Yet, even with all the popularity, not much is known about the agency itself other than the Numbers and other celebrities. 

Johoney Press, the local and a powerhouse newspaper, send in an aspiring journalist and intern Son Gain to investigate the secrets of Munjae. Although members are handpicked, Gain must enter the quadrancentennial competition to find the next Zero to enter the Agency itself.
