Oh Fany...

Please...

"Sunny, Sunny, Sunny!" the pretty little blackbird beside of me chirped.

"Ne Fany-ah? What is it babe?" I replied, turning around to face her.

Her delicate fingers danced down my arm to my hand as she carefully slid her part of the jigsaw into mine.

"I just wanted to tell you that you did really great tonight," she blushed and leant down to give me a peck on my soft cheek.

I felt a warm spot on the side of my face and realised that, I too, was blushing. I looked at her genuine expression, and her sweet crescent moons shined at me with a twinkle of love and happiness about them.

"Thank you honey, you too."

Our hands swung ever so slightly as we walked through the bustling airport, and everytime hurried people began to push through the crowd and into us, I felt her grip tighten, and her body pull itself in closer to me like we were attracting magnets.

There was something about the way she walked which enticed me; her footsteps were cute and small, but they weren't comedic, they were delicate and shy. They say that a lot can be understood about a person simply by the way they walk, and looking at Tiffany, I could almost believe it.

Behind us I could hear a quiet beeping sound, and as it got closer, it slowly pulled me from my thoughts. I turned around slightly and realised that one of the airport vehicles was moving in our direction, and so I quickly spun Tiffany into me and to the side.

I followed her eyes as they met up with mine and she seemed a little suprised seen as it had all happened so quickly. The airport vehicle made it's way past us and Tiffany realised what had just happened. I watched her face and could pinpoint the exact moment that she realised.

"Oooh," she squeaked shyly, "sorry... I didn't even see..." her eyes rolled and she shook her head a little in embarrassment.

I smiled at her reassuringly and just squeezed her hand, rubbing my thumb across her soft skin.

"Hey, let's go in here," I said pointing to a little store a little further down the walk, "I want a new book to read!"

Tiffany's gaze swept the floor, "okay! I can help you choose!" she giggled, and our hands began to swing again as she took the lead in our walk to the store.

"Yes you can," I smiled, giving myself over to her excitement.

She lead me into the store and immediately located the books, as if wanting to please me. Our hands immediately separated as she seemed to spot a book that looked interesting.

"This one?" she held it up to me and I walked over calmly.

"You know you kinda have to read the back cover before deciding..." I teased, and my heart melted as she meronged me playfully.

I walked around the other side of the book display, my eyes scanning the covers for something that looked promising.

From above me I saw a book being held up, "this?" she asked hopefully.

I squinted my eyes to read the back cover, but immediately knew it wasn't the right book for me.

"Nah," I replied with a scrunched up face.

Suddenly, it seemed like she had lost interest in books as she began to bounce over to a display of pink neck cushions. She immediately swung around in a pivot to face me again.

"Sunny~" she cooed with bouts of totally unnecessary aegyo.

I lifted my head up to look at her, trying not to let the aegyo get to me, or I perhaps would have fallen over.

She pulled a childish pout and pointed at the pink cushion.

"Go on then," I really couldn't resist her when she was at her cutest.

The magnets were at it again, and in no time at all, our bodies were beside each other again in the line for the cashier. Tiffany's eyes were wandering through the store, and I knew her gaze anywhere - she was browsing for pink things.

And just as I had expected, she pulled herself away from me to retreive something I couldn't quite make out. The little thing was in a pink box, but I couldn't tell what it was as it was being shaken in the air by her hyperactive hands. I nodded and beckoned her over with my head.

I could never say no to my mushroom.

Her eyes formed crescents again as she handed me the little toy. I could now see that it was actually a smurf figurine, but there was no use arguing with her to put it back, because even though she didn't need it, I'd buy her it because she wanted it.

As I paid, she ran out of the store to meet our manager oppa. I followed behind carrying all sorts of things for her, trying to pack them all in my bag for later, but she quickly slid the toy out of my hands and placed it in front of our manager's poor face.

"Oppa look!"

I watched as he squinted his eyes.

"Is that a smurf?" he asked, looking at me with just a little hint of 'really Sunny?'.

"Yup," Tiffany beamed, "my favourite one."

Our manager shook his head and chuckled, "oh Soonkyu, you cave in way too easily."

"Oppa!" Tiffany wailed, taking his comment offensively.

"Just kidding Tippani," he said resting a warm hand on her shoulder, "come on, let's go."
