Chapter 1
Lost SoulThe ringtone of “Trap” played in my ears and I turned away from it groaning. Reaching out with one hand, I found the device and put it to my ear.
“Hello?”
“SUNMI!” Henry’s cheery voice screamed through the phone, causing me to set it back a couple of inches.
“Henry!” I replied with not as much enthusiasm, “What’s up?” I asked sitting up. When Henry called, it wasn’t a quick conversation.
“I’m here, in the studio, but here, so I was thinking I take my little sister out to lunch.”
“Oh, that sounds like it’ll be fun! When?” It’s been at least 2 months since I’ve seen Henry and I’ve missed the guy.
“Let’s see around 12, so how about you come down to the studio and we’ll leave from here.”
“Yeah, sure.”
“Cool, Eunhyuk’s coming too. And Sunmi, have someone-“
“I’ll see you there! Bye!” I hung up the phone. I knew what he was about to say, “have someone bring me to the studio,” but I’m 18 and do things on my own all the time. Riding a bus to SME studio is no big feat.
After getting dressed in a pair of blue shorts with a simple baby blue, button up blouse, I grabbed my keys and headed out. I double checked the door since there was no one else home to check it. Everyone had a schedule, most of them with one another.
I boarded the bus and was lucky to grab a seat. About halfway into the ride, someone sat beside me, nothing weird. Until he started talking to me.
