Tiiit...tiiit...tiiit is the only sound that u can hear on donghae's hospital room.
Its been 2 days after his operation. He still didnt wake up until...
tit-tit-tit-tit donghae's life is not in a good state.
Yoona imidietly stood up and call a doctor.
"Doc please save him" she said while crying
"We will do our best ms.Im" the doctor replied
Yoona still crying while waiting for the doctor to come out.
"Yoona get some rest" jessica said
"No unie i cant rest now." She said while sobbing.
"Yoona its okay u didnt get some rest scince 2 days" mrs. Lee said
"Ok auntie" yoona rest her head on the chair next to her.
~2 hrs later~
Yoona wake up because of the hard sobing from donghae's room also loud crying.
Yoona imidietly stand up and run to hae's room
"Please dont... Please dont hae... Saranghae.. Dont leave me" she said to her self while running
When she enter his room a tear from her eyes came out. She's crying hard and loud while running to his bed.
"Saranghae, i told u not to leave me" she manage to say.
~2 years later~
"Appa!!!" Haena called her father
They are in the filled full of flowers
"Ne haena-ah" he said to his daughter
"Appa! Look!!" She cheerly said to her appa while showing him a 4 leaf clover. He imidietly go to his daughter and carry her
"Ommo ur lucky" he said while haena giggle
"Appppaaaa!" Yoonhae whined. He carry his son and put him in his shoulder
"Yeobo ur spoiling them too much" yoona said to him
"Yah im... Lee yoona i know u will be a strict mom so i will spoil the kids horribly" he said to yoona
"Yah lee donghae!"
The two kids giggle about their parents cute arguement.
Donghae POV
Its already 8:30 so we decided to go home.
-at home-
" agrhh she's heavy now" yoong said
"Com'on let me carry her" i told her
"Tnx yeobo" she said then kissed me on my cheek
We put our kids to their own beds. They r sleeping peacefully
"Im really happy to have u 3" she said to me
" nope. But i am. Im really thankful u wait for me"
We go to our room

Yoona POV
"Im so tired yeobo" i told him
"Come here" he said signaling me to lay at his arms. So i did
"Hhhhm" he said smelling my hair
"Oppa...?" I said
"I miss you" he said kissing me while going on top of me. I broke the kiss
" but we are together this whole day with our children" i said
"Yeah. WITH OUR CHILDREN" he said sarccastly
"Come here" i open my arms for him. He nuzzled his head on my chest like a child. I laugh at him
"What?" He asked
"Nothing...... Lets sleep?"
" uhhhm" he said
With that we drifted to dreamland while hugging each other
Im happy that he's with us now... Damn happy
