“Youth Don't Lose! Invincible Youth!” We all shouted, standing awkwardly next to each other. It was never easy for me to talk in front of other people and the intense stares from the staffs with the hope that the show will do well doesn’t help either. I glanced over to other girls standing beside me hoping someone would save me from this suffocation. My eyes stopped at the brightly smiling girl who’s a bit shorter than everyone else but yet her energy can’t be match.

“Tsk” I thought to myself, “Sunny ah, will we be able to get along? When we’re so different?”

I quietly sigh to myself, “It will not be easy from now on!”

After the first few episodes, due to my lack of variety skill, I rarely ever get any air time. The director called me into a separate room to talk.

“I know that your group is fairly new and you have to make an image for yourself, it’s a lot of pressure on you.” He paused, “But it’s even a harder job for us as a production team. Your company president called me the other day mention about grouping you up with someone else, so you can get more air time.” He looked at me making sure I understood everything he said so far, after I lightly nodded my head he continued, “I already talked to Sunny about this issue and from now on just try your best to follow Sunny around and learn from her as much as possible.”

I gasped, “Sunny….Sunny….is my partner??” thinking it would be impossible for us to get along since…honestly….Sunny doesn’t look like she would want someone like me to be beside her all the time.

“Yes, Sunny, SNSD Sunny, Lee Soonkyu, we will try to match the two of you together as much as possible. Don’t worry too much about it, just do your best from now.” He quickly said. He tapped my shoulder and walked out of the room leaving me speechless, blank, nervous, and with a little….excitement.

“Here goes nothing! Fighting Hyomin!!” I cheered myself on.
