Heyy guys!!

So, this tutorial was requested by ParkVictory. I asked her what kind of tutorial she wanted me to post and she said 2NE1's Come Back Home or any. (Anyone can give in a request by commenting below!!) So..here's what I realized. They all have some kind of winged eyeliner. In CL's case, her's is more defined. In Sandara's case, her's is simple. In Park Bom's case, her's is unfinshed, but you can still see the tail. It's really little, but you can see it at  the 4:09 mark in the mv. Minzy's winged eyeliner is more thicker and bigger/wider than the others. So..I'm going to just stop blabbing and get started!!! I just gave you this info so you can adjust it to your preference just cuz m gunna mush all of em together..so..scroll down!!

This Is The Finished Look:

1. This step is optional, but I strongly recomend it. Tie all your hair back with a hair tie or clip your bangs back. Do this so makeup wont get in your hair and for much easier application!!

ALL PRODUCTS CAN BE FOUND IN THE DRUGSTORE!!

2. Start with your favourite primer. I'm using NYC Smooth Skin perfecting primer. Just spread it all over your face! It will prevent it from your face makup slipping. Anyone can use this because it blends into your skin so it doesn't matter how pale or how dark it is (=D).

3. Apply BB cream. A little goes a LONG way!! I would suggest putting little by little. I used the Laneige Snow BB Cushion. This is so moisturizing and it's really good! It looks like: 

4. Use a powder to set your makeup. It makes all the difference. I am in LOVE with the Rimmel London Stay Matte powder. Its so different than the other 2 I have used. It stays for a long time..I promise. It looks like:

5. Apply eyeliner and make a winged eyeliner. I lined the bottom 2/3 of my waterline. You can use different kinds of eyeliners, BUT for this specific one I would highly recomend any liquid eyeliner. I recomend the Annabelle Eye Ink Eyeliner. It looks something like: 

6.  Time for the mascara curler to come in!! Now, you don't have to do this, but it makes all the difference. If you really dn't want to, then skip it. I will be posting on how to in the next chapter (request). So curl your lashes and put some mascara on!! I used and ADORE the Maybelline Colossal Volume Express Waterproof Mascara! It looks like:
