Flashback In San Francisco...

 

Melanie, Henry and Krystal's POV:

 

"Hey Melanie!! Come on lets hang out!!", Krystal called to Melanie who was inside her room

She looked outside, only to see Krystal waving to her. She waved back, signalling she'll be there.

Krystal waited patiently for Melanie. They were the best of friends.

Melanie went down and hugged Krystal as she hugged her back

"Good to see you again Krys.", Melanie giggled.

"You always see me Mel.", Krystal giggled along as they linked arms

They were walking in the mall when they bumped into someone.

"Henry oppa!", Melanie beamed

"What brings you here?", asked Krystal

"Oh you know, just wondering around. How bout you girls?", Henry replied

"Hanging out, as always.", Krystal chuckled followed by Melanie

"Mind if I join you?", Henry asked

Melanie and Krystal looked at each other with smiling face. 

"Sure", the two best friends laughed

Henry tagged along with Krystal and Melanie.

They did everything together as they finished scammering the whole mall.

"Do you girls wanna grab a bite? I'm hungry...", Henry rubbed his stomach

"Sure, why not.", Melanie agreed

Three of them walked to the nearest cafe. The three of them played a game 
on which the loser gets to treat the winners. Sadly, Henry lost and he was 
forced to treat both Melanie and Krystal. Although he was paying for their
snacks, he didn't mind, as he liked Krystal and Melanie

"Oppa! Get me a chocolate cake with strawberries!", Melanie ordered Henry

"Same here oppa!", Krystal laughed.

"Arra arra...", Henry shooked his head and began to order.

"I'm going to miss you.", Melanie pouted

"What's there to miss Mel?", Krystal looked at her

"You're going to be in Korea and be a member of F(x).", she pouted once again

"Aww... don't worry Mel, there's always a Henry.", Krystal joked

"Stop it Krys.", Melanie softly punched her bestfriend's shoulder

"Wae? You and Oppa look great together.", Krystal chuckled

"Stop it Krys.", Melanie laughed and hit her shoulder again

Just at that moment, Henry arrived.

"Huaa, oppa's back!", Krystal aegyo on her two friends

Henry, Krystal and Melanie laughed like idiots,

not even caring that there are other people around.

Krystal was walking down the street with a hoodie and jogging pants. 

She just came back from jogging. She's now headed back to F(x)'s dorm

"Ah nae unni, I'll be on my way.", Krystal heard a voice, she raised her head.

She saw Melanie. Her best friend, Melanie Hwang.

"Krystal?", Melanie squinted her eyes

Krystal ignored and walked away

"Wait, Krystal.", she hold onto Krystal's arm

"Don't you know fans aren't allowed here?", Krystal replied coldly and shook her hand off

Krystal walked away not even feeling hurt, as she knew Melanie isn't that special anymore.

Melanie stared at the walking Krystal blankly. 

She wondered what could've caused her to be like this.

She missed the old days. She missed the Krystal.

Melanie left SM building, hurt and broken hearted.

She walked down on the streets to the cafe where she was working.

Just then, Henry was in sight.

"Oh oppa.", Melanie lifted her head up

"What's wrong Mel?", Henry asked quietly

"Krystal doesn't seem to remember me anymore", Melanie almost cried

"Aigoo, let it be. That's the Krystal nowadays.", Henry consoled Melanie.

"Why is she like that now?", She shed a tear.

"Let's sit and i'll tell you the story.", he dragged her to his car.

They crunch down so that people won't notice.

"Krystal, after her move to Korea and debut in F(x), she has become really
arrogant and an ice princess. She replies coldly to others. I noticed this
change in Krystal and asked her if she still remembers you. Her answer
was not worth hearing. She said: 'Melanie Hwang? Oh a pity, I don't know her
anymore. She's my past.', and then walked out. Like I was going mad. 
I actually have no idea how her personality changed." Henry explained

"I miss the old Krystal.", Melanie sobbed

"I miss the old Krystal too.", Henry hugged the crying Melanie
