-----*****----- DONGHAE POV 7:30 am, Lee International Holdings Inc. Building "Ji-eun-ssi, I want my whole day schedule on my table by eight. And don't forget my coffee." I said to my secretary who happens to be my best friend since middle grade. She's been with the company for two years now and I can't say anything bad against her. She's professional, intelligent, and beautiful. I reluctantly strode my way to my office, my black and white dull office. Today is an ordinary Monday morning for me. I'll be dealing with loads of paper works, meetings here and there, from sunrise to sunset. Even before I graduated from my Masters in Harvard University, my father already handed me the responsibility of the company that my late grand father started. Unfortunately a month after I returned to Korea, my Dad died due to Gastro Intestinal Cancer leaving the company, my Mom and I grieving. Being the youngest CEO in Korea is not easy to maintain. The gossips, scandals, death threats, indecent proposals are the most popular now a days. High school girls to elite ladies from the society always go gaga over me but to popped there bubble they're not my type. Nothing in them interests me at all. KNOCK... KNOCK... KNOCK... "Come in." I said plainly, eyes glued to a contract with a clothing company. "Donghae-ssi, here's your coffee and itinerary for today." she puts down a cup of coffee and a piece of paper containing my schedule for the whole day. I take a sip of her perfectly brewed coffee, gazing down the piece of paper on my hand. "What's this clothing check at 3? Do I need to be there?" I ask her. "That's for a clothing line, Seventy Six remember? You closed a deal with them three weeks ago and they want you to be there just to check on everything. If you don't want to go, I can ask Leeteuk-ssi to come for you." she answers confidently. "No. I'll go." "Okay." I continue to scan my schedule and by the time I'm done, my secretary friend is still standing infront of me. "Anything to add, Ji-eun-ah?" She beams at me and answers, "Thank you for the gift, Donghae oppa! I had a good time in Paris." I rose from my swivel chair and approach her. "I'm glad you enjoyed, Ji-eun-ah." I patted her head adorably. "Here. I bought this for you." she handed me a blue velvet box with the letters DH engraved on top "Thank you, little girl. You're the one who picked this?" "Yah!! I told you not to call me little girl! I'm all grown-up now!" she pouts and her face turned red. A blushing Kim Ji-eun is just so precious! "But you'll always be my little girl." I pinch her cheek before I pull her into a short hug. "Oppa!" her voice flutter. "Don't cry. I need you at my meeting at 9. Thanks for the coffee. You can go back to your table now." I hold her in arms length, smiling at how beautiful she become from the boyish girl I used to play with at our mansion's back yard. "Alright. Call me if you need anything." with that she left, leaving me again in the comfort of my office. Ji-eun and I were neighbors in one of the richest village in Seoul. Our parents are good friends and so we became one, too. I always considered him as one of the boys since she's not into make-up, skirts, and girly stuff. She have an ideal family not until her parents died in a plane crash. My parents decided to adopt her, maintaining her surname. Even though we are of the same age, I insisted her to call me "oppa" since I don't have a sister that will address me that way. She refused and whined but at the end she still did! My aegyo never fails me in such circumstances. -----*****----- After my meeting with potential Singaporean investors it's already past lunch time. 'ARGHH!! THAT'S WHY I'M FAMISHED!' I quickly dialed Ji-eun's number just to tell her that I'll have my lunch outside. "Little girl, I'll have lunch at Antonio's. Be back after an hour." "Okay. Enjoy your lunch. Bye Hae-oppa." I ended the call and ride on my Audi Le Mans Quattro and drive-off to my favorite Italian restaurant in town. Few minutes after I reached my destination. I hopped down and handed the keys to the valet personnel and made my way inside the restaurant. A fine brunette girl approached me and flashes her sweet smile. "Lee Donghae sajang-nim! Welcome!" she said. "Is my place available?" I ask, scanning the fancy restaurant owned by a sunbae from Myeongji University. She scan the guest list and turn to me, "Yes. Sajang-nim. Please follow me." she lead the way through the hallway and into the a private room on the back most part of Antonio's. Once I'm settled, I turn to her and said, "Same order." "Yes. Sajang-nim." then she left. Eating alone saddens me the most. I tried to instill on my mind that it's not a big deal, that I'm not the loneliest person alive, but why is it I feel this way? Yes I'm smiling and all but deep inside I'm empty. Broken. My reverie was cut by a blonde-haired guy entering the room. I run my eyes on him, from head-to-toe from toe-to-head several times before I realize how beautiful his features are. He has an almond-like dark brown eyes, aquiline nose, pinkish lips, and his jaw line is to die for! He's not that tall, his body contains muscles in the right places, and when my eyes focus on that particular area of his body, I can't help but to my lips. His thing down there looks tempting. 'OH COME ON DONGHAE! YOU'RE SUCH A ERT!!' my subconscious mind yells at me. "Good afternoon, Sir. Here's your order." he handed me a plate of well done British Lamb steak. His voice is so manly, too! "You're new here?" I can't helped but to ask him. My curiosity is killing me already! "Sir?" he sounds confuse. I flash him my ever-so-handsome-smile and answers, "I'm asking you if you're a newbie. I always come here but this is the first time I saw you." "A-ah.. Yes.. Today's my first day. Uhm
