Sometimes.

Sometimes because your not here,

Standing here with me,

I wrap my arms around myself,

And pretend soon you'll be.

Sometimes when I go to sleep at night,

Alone on a bed made to fit two,

I hug your pillow to sleep,

Smell the scent and pretend it's you.

Sometimes when I'm all alone,

Sitting  without you in a cafe,

I order two cups of coffee,

And tell you about my day.

Sometimes when I go shopping for food,

I accidentally buy too much,

So I make more dinner for the both of us,

And set out the table as such.

Sometimes I can't help it,

And I release a little tear,

Because every empty space,

Reminds me your not here.

This was legitimately supposed to be happy. And yeah maybe it was but it turned out being so sad y'know?

Anyway, I wrote this because I'm single and every now and then I have these moments where I wish I had a boyfriend or a husband to hug me before I fall asleep, and so I put my elbow at that place between my ribcage and my hip and I drap the rest of my arm around my middle and I pretend I'm not alone.

I mean it's great being single but like y'know I have these like times where I wish I wasn't and like when I walk past couples I always get tis pang of jealousy because I can't act all lovey dovey becuase I don't have anyone. And y'know all my friends have their boyfriends or girlfriends and I don't have anyone. So yeah every now and then I pretend I have someone and do one of the things above.

My life is sad. But then it always is when you don't have someone to share it with. I mean like I know some guys can be jerks to their girlfriends, trust me I've been there, but y'know it's nice not to be alone every now and then.

I'm sorry this is a long A/N but like I can't do this on my fics, it's too personal y'know?
