Destined Forever
After 4 years.......
"SungYe-ah!!!! Ppali(hurry) your guests are almost here!!!" Sungmin called as he greets the guests
"Neh(yes), Appa(dad)!!!" SungYe answered as he runs outside
Meanwhile, with YongSa and Hyunae
"Gwenchana(are you alright)???" Hyunae asked as she shows her concern to her bestfriend
"Gwenchana(I'm fine)" YongSa answered as she tries to stand up
"Are you sure you can already handle yourself???" Hyunae asked with a concerned tone as she helps her bestfriend walk properly
"Kamsahamnida(thank you), Hyunae-ah!!!" YongSa said as she looks at Hyunae with a grateful smile
"No need to thank me, I'm your bestfriend!" Hyunae answered back and returned that sweet smile of her bestfriend
"But, you should also be careful, Arraso(alright)?" YongSa reminded with a serious tone but smiled after Hyunae nodded
YongSa and Hyunae went out to the garden to join the party.
"Yeobo-ah(honey), gwenchana(are you alright)?" Sungmin asked as he quickly rushed towards YongSa ang Hyunae
"Gwenchana(I'm fine), oppa! Let's just enjoy the party, Arraso(alright)?" YongSa answered as she flashes Sungmin her finest and sweetest smile
"Arraso(alright)" Sungmin answered and ran towards SungYe
"Alright!!! It's time for SungYe to blow the cake!!!!" Kyuhyun announced as soon as he saw YongSa and Hyunae approaching
"Jakh Mahn Han(wait a minute)!!!! I'll get the camera!!!" Sungmin shouted and ran to get the camera
YongSa approached SungYe and greeted his handsome son a Happy Birthday
"SungYe-ah!!! Saengil Chukkah Hamnida(Happy Birthday)!!! Always remember, that Appa(dad) and Omma(mom) loves you so much?!!! Arraso(alright)??!!! Always be a good son and brother!!! Remember to always thank God for all the blessings that he showers you everyday!!! Saengil Chukkah Hamnida(Happy Birthday), my dear son!!! Saranghae(I love you)!!!" YongSa said as she kisses her one and only son
"Alright!!!! SungYe-ah!!! Close your eyes before making a wish then blow the candle!!!" Sungmin happily exclaimed
SungYe obeyed his father's instructions and quickly closed his eyes and made a wish
"Yey!!!!"everyone cheered as soon as SungYe blowed his 4 candles
YongSa also cheered but after that, she felt contractions on her tummy!!! She held on a chair for support because she can't stand on her feet due to all the pain. Meanwhile, Sungmin noticed that YongSa was gone!!! So he whispered something on Kyuhyun's ear and ran out of the crowd. As soon as he went out to ran inside the house, he saw YongSa holding onto a chair while holding her tummy
"Yeobo-ah(honey)!!!!!!!!!!" Sungmin screamed which made everybody to look at him as he ran to his wife who's suffering from pain
"Omma(mom)!!!!!!!" SungYe shouted as soon as he saw her mom being carried by his dad
SungYe was supposed to ran to his parents but Hyunae caught him by his shoulders and told him that everything would be fine as long as he prays for her mom's safety
"Uhmm..... sorry for that. Should we continue the party?" Kyuhyun said as he tried to lighten up the atmosphere
Everybody looked towards him and pretended that nothing happened a while ago
Kyuhyun turned the music on and played the Happy Birthday song
Everybody tried to act like nothing happened so that SungYe won't be too worried about his mom
"Let's stop this" Leeteuk started as he turned off the music
"I understand all of you!!! I understand that you want to make SungYe happy in his birthday! But the child saw it, he saw what happened to his mom! And we can't just act like nothing happened when he saw it with his 2 own eyes! Instead of helping him forget what happened, let's halp him be strong for his parents and his sibling. Look at him, instead of laughing and smiling, he's crying because he can't understand what's happening. So, Hyunae-ah and Kyuhyun-ah, bring him to his parents! And explain what's happening! As for the others, we can still continue the party so that all the hardwork of YongSa in prepairing this event won't be wasted. Arraso(alright)??? Hyunae-ah and Kyuhyun-ah, I'll take care of all of this, don't worry! Now, go!" Leeteuk stated with a caring tone for SungYe
Kyuhyun nodded and quickly went to his car with Donghyun followed by Hyunae and SungYe
Inside the car
As soon as they entered the car, SungYe was just hugging Hyunae while crying. While Hyunae tried to stop him and explain what's happening
"SungYe-ah" Hyunae started as soon as SungYe stopped from crying
"You know, you should be happy!" Hyunae stated as she smiles widely
SungYe looked at her with confused expression
Hyunae chuckled as she saw this cute expression of SungYe
"Waeyo(why)??? Why should I be happy when I saw blood from omma's(mom's) legs?" SungYe asked, still with a confused expression
"SungYe-ah! Do you know what baby means?" Hyunae asked as she looks at SungYe
"Uhmmm......" SungYe thought of an answer which made Hyunae chuckle
"SungYe-ah! Can you see this? Can you see how big auntie's tummy is?" Hyunae asked as she rubs her tummy
"Neh(yes)" SungYe answered as he looks at Hyunae's tummy
"Isn't it that your omma(mom) has a big tummy also?" Hyunae asked
"Neh(yes)" SungYe answered
"Do you know what's inside our big tummy?" Hyunae asked as she wipes the remainig tears of SungYe
"uhmmm..... food?" SungYe asked which made Hyunae and Kyuhyun laugh
"Andwae(no)! It's called a baby"Hyunae answered while touching SungYe's cute pointy nose
"Baby?" SungYe asked with confusion seen in his eyes
"Neh(yes)! Agi(baby)!!! Do you know that your omma(mom) has a baby in her tummy? And because of that, that's the reason why your omma(mom) is brought to the hospital. Because she's now going to give birth to your baby brother or sister" Hyunae explained
"Ohhhhh....... I'll have a sibling!!!! Is it a girl or a boy?" SungYe asked excitedly
"Neh(yes)!!!! Actually, your omma(mom) and appa(dad) doesn't want to know so that it would be a surprise! That's why no one knows except God" Hyunae answered
"Awwww....... I don't even get to know what I'll be called in the near future!!! But I promise to be the best hyung or oppa to my brother or sister in this whole universe" SungYe answered with a pout
Kyuhyun ang Hyunae laughed at his cute statement
"Don't worry, you'll know it very soon" Kyuhyun said as he looks and winks at SungYe as soon as they stopped in front of the hospital
