jeongmi dumpJeongyeon releases her breath as she deliberately grips the velvet box inside her jacket. She takes it out of her pocket and settled it over the glass stall.
"Hi, I'd like to return the ring. Can you fix me a refund?" Jeongyeon says, her voice shaking. The woman on the opposite side frowned.
"Oh my, I'm sorry it didn't work out." The woman quickly attends to Jeongyeon and inspects the ring for any damage.
"It's not-" Jeongyeon started but the woman just patted her hand. "It's okay, dear," she leans closer to Jeongyeon to whisper "if it helps, you were not the only one." The woman nods at her.

Jeongyeon sighed and wonders how she and Mina got into this state.
"Sorry for the wait, here you go." The woman slides an envelope over the glass.
"Thank you." Jeongyeon smiles at the woman and got out of the store.
"Did it go well?" Mina asks Jeongyeon as she helps her with the door. Jeongyeon smiles and kisses Mina's cheek.
"Of course." Mina giggles and reached for Jeongyeon's left hand, kissing Jeongyeon's knuckles just above the ring she wears, the one Mina proposed to her with the night before.
"I should really have listened to Nayeon and proposed to you first."
