CHAPTER 31

       Min held Gi-Kwang's shoulder.

" Oppa..! What are we going to do!?" she cried. " DooJoon-oppa is getting beaten by them!"

Gi-Kwang was still watching DooJoon who was outside.

His mind was so blanked.

Why won't he fight back them damn bullies?

Wasn't he the master of starting a fight? Why didn't he fight back?

That made Gi-Kwang really wondered..

He bit his lips and turned away from that scene.

              I was carrying the books from the teacher's room, just what I had been ordered to.

It was pretty heavy.

My class was one floor up, so I didn't like the idea that I had to climb the stairs with those heavy books in my arms.

But, nothing was more painful then what just had happened between me and Key.

I stopped between the stairs and gave myself a thought.

" Was it my fault that he's like this?" I blamed myself.

I shook my head and continued my walk. I was getting late for class.

Carrying the books in my hands, I couldn't seem to see the stairs and mistepped.

And eventually , tripped with the books flying and then scattered on the floor.

I felt like screaming. No, I took a deep breathe and started picking up the books.

As I was picking them up from the floor, someone stepped infront of me.

I tilted my head up.

Key?

" Get up." he said.

I got up.

I blinked my eyes twice. He was here? For real?

I looked away and backed at where he was.

It was just an illusion. My mind was playing tricks on me.

But why Key? ..I sat on my knee and continued picking up the books again.

Key won't even talk to me anymore. He wouldn't even want to look at me anymore.

I was nothing to him now. He hates me.

Why did the fact that he hate me somehow stabbed me in the heart? ..

I couldn't have like him once again. That was just impossible.

After that, I finally made my way to my class.

                Gi-Kwang got into the restroom.

DooJoon was there.

He managed to get into the school. By climbing the gates.

He was a bad boy, right? Of course.

Gi-Kwang paused at the restroom's door.

DooJoon was wiping off the blood from his nose and also the blood from his cut-lip.

" Hyung." Gi-Kwang started.

"  I don't want to talk you."

" But, hyung, .." Gi-Kwang insisted.

DooJoon stopped cleaning his face and quickly turned to Gi-Kwang.

" Do I look like I have the mood to talk to you!?" he shouted angrily.

Gi-Kwang was so startled. DooJoon sounded so pissed.

His eyes were so .. blazing. Too much anger in him.

" What happened? Min and me-"

" Who cares about that freakin' Min girl!? For all I know, I should blame all of this at HER!"

Gi-kwang walked closer to DooJoon. " It's her fault? Who were they!? Why didn't you fight back?"

DooJoon closed the water tap and put his hands around the sink and looked at himself in the mirror.

" How could you let them beat you like that?" Gi-Kwang asked, full of concerned.

DooJoon's face was really hurt. How would he not be worried?

" Hyung!" Gi-Kwang exclaimed, wanting an answer.

DooJoon turned to Gi-Kwang with one of his glare.

"WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO!!? TELL ME. WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO?!"  ffdfhbnv

he shouted his lungs out, so loud that the restroom echoed his voice.

Gi-Kwang didn't know how to act in this kind of situation.

" Arasseo, hyung." Gi-kwang looked away and quietly walked out from the restroom.

DooJoon watched as the door closed and sighed.

                Gi-Kwang clenched his fist tightly, and walked to his classroom patiently.

DooJoon had never been pissed like this since the day people made fun of him because he didn't have any money to buy the school's essentials.

" Why was it Min's fault?" that made Gi-Kwang thinking.

               I put the books on the teacher's table annd walked back to my seat.

And put my chin onto the palm of my hand.

I remembered back Gi-kwang and last night.

We spent the whole night at the swings , just talking and kept talking.

I told him about Key and he just smiled.

I wondered if he would confess to his special someone today, just like what he said last night.

I closed my eyes.

My heart felt like I had been in a race. It was beating as fast as it could.

I gathered all my strength to move my lips and slowly said, .." I like you."
