Noir et blanc. is a city and school hybrid based roleplay. 

Welcome to blanc academy, the prestigious high school through college private academy. Anyone who graduates from this school takes priority over all others when it comes to jobs, fame, etc. You will have to complete various assignments, and on the weekends and free time you are allowed to go out into noir city.

in the center of noir city, is blanc academy. however, noir city is the city full of greed, lust, pride, envy, and everything else imaginable. From the shady corporations to the birth of worldwide stars. It all begins here. venture out as far as you want, but beware of the dangers that lurk in the alleys, the clubs, and more. 
 

Rules .

o1. basic three strikes and you're out of the roleplay.

o2. activity is required for at least 3 times a week. at least make a post via my world or in a group to show your activity.

NOTE: Hiatus and semi-hiatus can last from one month/two months respectively.

o3. international idols are not allowed, only those of Asian descent are allowed.

o4. ic drama is limited and OOC drama is absolutely not allowed.

o5. keep your privacy settings to a minimum.

o6. Double accounts are allowed, but you must show that you are active. you have unlimited changes and tccs as well. 

o7. dating ban is for two weeks. open relationships are obviously allowed, but no cheating.

o8. stay away from triggering topics (, suicide, drugs, etc) 

o9. ABSOLUTELY NO godmodding and no face chasing. pw is your bias group. 

10. this is an au roleplay, so do not go around introducing yourself as followed: hello! kai of exo here! 

11. semi-literacy is required, no emojis are allowed Unless the post itself is one that doesn't require literacy (ie. sns post, confession post, etc.) 

12. mirror replies or put at least the same amount of effort as the ones who are putting in the effort!

Here are some guidelines for your account: 

Do not make your account public to people besides your friends. and finally, do not make your username into romanized name only!  

If you are a citizen of noir city put noir in the city section of your about me. and your job in the about me section.

if you are joining blanc academy make sure to put blanc academy as your college / high school respectively and your job section will be student/teacher with your subject.
