Chaeyoung She was ravishing, I was homely; she was exceptional, I was dolt. A daffodil standing along a putrefying meadow. You stood still; divulging the aesthetic mien you attributed. You are a morning star; emblazing life in this caliginous cosmos and bestowing hope to everyone. Furthermore, you are a youth full of beatitude, an inspiration. I am a debris, lingering in my stygian world. I am slowly perishing as time passes by, until this one night. It was 9:30, Saturday evening; I was traipsing along the misty streets of Gangnam-gu; head down while my hands are inside the pocket. Winter is fast approaching, which explains as to why the air is freezing. I was wearing a knitted sweater, covered by a khaki trench coat. It somehow made me feel warm. I doubled my pace for a sudden thought of my old folks going furious is dreading. I was breathing heavily while walking down the pavement caused by my swift traipse while avoiding the puddles until I heard audible sobs nearby. I dally stopped to look for the owner of it. It was irrelevant and none of my business yet I still want to know who owned the sobs (and of course to make sure it was not some paranormal ). Chou Tzuyu, the person I loathe the most. We study in the same university, moreover, we are under the same college, the College of Architecture and Engineering. Also, her existence alone gives me migraine. Why? she was obnoxious. Every moment we bumped into each other, she never failed to give out a cloying smile and for me it was irksome. Her soft laughs are pesky. Everything about her is simply irritating. Not to mention, she keep on bugging me every Contemporary Arts class. But her aura tonight is different, it is not aggravating but it is sympathetic. I suddenly feel an urge to embrace her, not because she is not wearing any jacket, but to make her feel that everything is alright. All my abhor vanished while seeing her eyes pouring warm liquids that is probably caused by agony. I let out a heavy sigh and walked towards her. She noticed my unforeseen appearance so she immediately wipe her tears away and stood up. "Hey," her voice was faint yet she managed to give me the smile she always gave me but her eyes are undeniably teary. I furrowed by eyebrows, how can a histrionic person give a genuine smile? She noticed my displeasing demeanor so she chuckled. I ignore her boff and sat beside the lamppost and stared at the gloomy skies. There are no stars for rain clouds are starting to appear. Seems like the heavinly body is commiserating at he
