05. two days of inactivity result in a kick out. coming online for an extremely short period of time is also considered inactive.

06. unlimited cc, but you must wait 3 days before changing again. tcc lasts for a day, if the fc you changed to reserves, you must change back to your original fc!

07. max. semi hiatus lasts for a week, while hiatus lasts for two weeks.

03. the username format is (idol)vtm or vtm(idol) in all lowercase. add votum somewhere on your profile. p/w: name a fansite of your fc.

04. follow the base, admins and already verified members before mentioning base.

05. please have an appropriate profile, only use pictures of your faceclaim as your dp. if your username is made of initials, make sure to set your display name instead of leaving it blank for people to know who you are.

06. do not interact with anyone until you've been verified!

07. you must reach sixty tweets in 24 hours after getting verified.
