Boys Don't Cry

Description

Jungkook swore they could find heaven together. He swore to never let go.

But people change, don't they? And plans change.

Seol just needs to learn the art of letting go.

Foreword

"I can't believe you still lie about being okay" A familiar voice comes from above her head.

'I was never okay,' she thinks in her head. 'since the day you started changing'

"I'm fine" Seol stubbornly says. "I just slipped" she doesn't move away from Jungkook's hold. It feels warm.

It feels like home. Where she once belonged. Where she should be.

Jungkook tries to pull away first, but Seol doesn't let go of the grip she has on his shirt. After a while, Jungkook let her continue to hug him.
He doesn't know if she was crying, or trying to stop screaming. He feels his conscience coming back at him. The moments they spent together came flowing back into his memories. He feels like remembering their empty promises. The ones he made.

But it's over. No one insisted that it's officially over between them, but they knows, that maybe it's time to let go.

It's over, so why doesn't he let her go? .

. Jungkook thinks as he pulls away slowly from Seol. He doesn't ask her if something is wrong this time.

"Don't fall behind. It's wasting our time" Jungkook just leaves.
