So hey guys! I was planning to open a roleplay (a long term roleplay). It has been almost a year since I stopped roleplaying and now I am back. I just miss the vibes of having a family-oriented and friendly roleplay. That is why, I planned to create a roleplay with that kind of environment. Of course, I know I couldn't do this alone so I'm here to ask for your help. I will be needing activity mods, event mods, and contact mods. So I will explain how this will work. I was planning to run this roleplay in "moderator style". Meaning, there will be different types of mods for every sector of the roleplay so that no one will be overloaded with their work. I saw this method months back in aff but I don't think they continued (I don't know who that person was but I kindly want to borrow your idea if you do not mind). Okay, for anyone who is curious, this roleplay is going to be a general fbrp. All kinds of literacy and all ualities are permitted. I just want you guys to have a chill and enjoyable roleplay.

NOTE: Anyone who is willing to join the mods squad should be committed into doing it. I don't want anyone who joins the mods to suddenly become inactive and leave his/her responsibility behind without saying anything. I am serious, I will blacklist you if that happens. Also, I will be working as an activity moderator (with sana as my faceclaim) and the head mod so everything that each mod group discusses should be informed to me too. 

UPDATE: I will be taking four or more people in each group.

THE MODS:

ACTIVITY MODS (Applicants: 3)

• They are responsible for accepting aff applications, friend requests, introducing newbies, and checking the activeness of the members. Their role is crucial because they should be active for as long as they can be. People who will join this group should be able to know how to tweak layouts when updating the ML.

EVENT MODS (Applications: 2)

• They are the ones who plan the events and execute the said events (games, award ceremonies, etc.). They will also handle the anon confessions page. 

CONTACT MODS (Applications: 2)

• They are like the "judge" of this roleplay. They will be resolving any conflicts that will be happening to any of the members. They have the final say in every conflict. These people should be good in talking and solving problems. They need to be approachable at all times and they need to have no bias, prejudice, unfairness, etc.
