    If you are listening to this then that means they havent found out about me and my betrayal yet and I'm on the run.

 CyberPunk is an organization solely based on the outskirts of many towns within South Korea, some of our locations are Seoul, Busan, Jeju, Gangnam and etc. but due to possible exposure I can not reveal the exact coordinates.

It is currently the year 2077...

We fight against the government in order to protect our country's citizens from them. We do not only contain pure, normal humans but so doesn't the governtment. The evidence to prove that was destroyed by the director of a megacorparation associated with the government after the occurrence of the bloody massacre of 2070.

 The government's development of artificial intelligence is starting to fireback but they continue to use it, as they continue to use it and try to take over the country the economy and society in general are running downhill. We can not trust our nation's leaders anymore, or anyone we call family.

(the voicenote makes this everlasting whistling noise while the sound of nails being scraped on a chalkboard accompanies it and before the voice could return gunshots could be heard and shuffling footsteps. Something crashes as the female voice returns)

You all must join us, the government has sent out not only agents but some of their advanced  artificial intelligence they call "cyborgs", they are impossible to defeat alone. They are planning to eliminate most human beings and takeover all of east Asia, eventually the world we can not sit down and let this happen you must do something.
