Your Bestfriends : Introduction to tools

GIMP TOOLS
This are the important tools. It may seem boring and unimportant, but these are the tools that will help you make great posters. So look at them and understand them first.

Lasso Tool: To cut the images by yourself.

Move tool: To move the image.

Path tool: To make a path and your text can follow to that path/direction.

Rotate tool: To rotate the image.

Text tool: To enter a text.

Scale tool: To re-size your image. Its very important to keep the shape costant.

Eraser tool: to erase images/things you don't need

Fill tool: To fill a layer with a solid color.

Zoom tool: You can zoom in or zoom out to get a closer or futher view of the poster.

Color Picker tool: To get the exact same color from something.

Select tools: To select a Ellipse or Rectangular shape.

Flip tool: To change/flip the direction of the image.

Brush tool: To draw images

Blend tool: To make a gradient.       

Save tool: Always save your graphic.

PHOTOSHOP TOOLS

Eyedropper Tool: For gimp, it takes the name of Color picker, it has the same function

Gradient Tool: For gimp, it takes the name of Blend Tool, it has almost the same function. Diffence is that photoshop is better.

Move/ResizeTool: To move or change the size of the image.

Pen tool: For gimp, it takes the name of Path tool, it has the same function.

Select: This is to select a rectangular shape, there's also a circle shape.

 Shapes: To make a solid shape.

A boring chapter indeed. Exciting once will come. Wait, little ones~
I know I was suppose to start yesterday, but I was busy, so I'll give you guys a second chapter later~ wait for me~ :D
