Long ago, there was a celestial shower. Or so the story told.

As the million glistening diamonds flew across the sky, some fell down and embedded themselves on the men below.

And that marked the first group of mortals who attained super abilities.


Curiosity is grave. These men and women all went to hide for the sake of their family and for themselves. But the scientists will have none of it. These people, they portrayed different abilities that goes as simple as levitation to the worst extreme as the destruction. The scientists' argument was they were dangerous. And hence, permissions and help was granted to them to track down the super beings, as they were called, and lock them up in the laboratory to conduct the tests.

Some of the part complied to the commands while the others.. Seeing that they weren't put up for just an ordinary test, reacted.

Hell broke loose.

Curiosity. Such a dangerous thing. It killed the cat.

 

But satisfaction brought it back.



The human race were divided in the end. War of physical strength was over between the two teams, but war of hearts never stopped.


Both the parties had their good views and so did the bad. It was a yin and yang dynamics of life, after all.


And hence, life evolved and the two groups built their own territories and lived within their community. One by one, the community population expanded. The offspring and their offsprings, they too, showed the possession of power, some entirely new and some evolved.


And in the present, each one of us possess the power of our own. But we have to pay for the sins that our forefathers made. That is why the dark and the light can rarely get along.


There were no good or bad people, just the term that the forefathers have put on, stuck forever, creating an image that never should have existed in the first place.,

 

 

 

- This is set in our current time (meaning yes, there are phones. however most means of transports are either walking or via their own powers rather than cars)

- Couples are linked together via a bracelet that both wear.The pain that the other feels will be felt by their other half. As long as both are alive, the bracelet will glow but if one dies, the glow of the bracelets will fade. Bracelets are given by the elites of the society. 

- There are 4 statuses in the society in both the light and the dark side of the nation. You will start from the lowest rank and battle your way up by defeating someone from a rank above you.
Elites : (the admins- it's also impossible for others to reach the elites rank.)
Ochrels : (The top of the top but still below Elites, meaning that they're more powerful than the two below.) 
Kealnit : (The middle ranked. They're more powerful than the Phen but less powerful than the Ochreis and Elites.)
Phen : (The lowest ranking and usually poorest.)
