1. International closed agency - interactions with outsiders are strictly forbidden.
2. Timeline is unrated but keep everything that could make people uncomfortable to yourself or DM's.
3. Use brackets if talking in ooc! but please rarely use it. DM's are your best friend in this case.
4. Strictly english timeline. Except for your Character's native language , but there's a limit. 
5. Only one account per person!
6. We got a dating ban for 4 days and you need to reach 400 tweets // password is your favorite color. bi , gay, straight. everything is allowed. But no move in couples.
7. Inactive for 2 days follows a warning, inactive for 3 days a kick out.
8. CC is unlimited but wait 5 days between every change. ts is from 24 hours up to 48 hours. 
9. Semi- Hiatus up to 3 weeks and Hiatus 2 weeks. SH = 140 tweets a week. H = 40 tweets a week if possible.
10.Inform base about everything like dating, hiatus, leaving or even if you have any problems. We are willing to
help~
11. Reach 70 tweets within 24 hours after arrival , or kick out.
12. PLEASE BE ACTIVE and rock this place , if you end up being inactive please consider to NOT join

how to join

 

1. reserve your character on twitter OR simply comment below.
2. with bases approval you create your account within 24 hours. recycled accounts allowed but clear tweets and followings~
3. username format is : NYT(NAME) or (NAME)NYT . all uppercase. no numbers.
4. include "nyotatwt" somewhere in your profile.
5. follow base and members before.
6. when you're ready, mention base along with your password.
