one : subscribe. you must be 16 years or older to join, and your aff account must be at least 4 months old in order to be accepted. make sure we can view your profile to check. you may not apply for a friend. we do not have a  group, but we will not allow characters or roleplayers not of age TO with those who are. 

 

two : roleplayers may have up to (2) characters. both accounts must remain active or you will be asked to drop one of them. you cannot roleplay two people from the same group — for example, you can’t be jimin and jeongguk from bts. a third character is allowed upon approval from an admin. it is your responsibility to keep all characters in the roleplay (be it one, two, or three) active and welcoming.

*in addition to this rule, it is obligatory to welcome at least two people a day if you are not on any sort of hiatus. those on a semi-hiatus must welcome three people a week. 

 

three : we accept all asians and up to ten internationals (those of descent as well), but we will not permit the deceased to be roleplayed, idols under the age of fourteen, pets and stars. if you are unsure whether your character will be accepted, feel free to ask us! please act in accordance to your character’s age and personality. everything should be strictly in character. if applying for an ulzzang, please include their name (not ig username).

 

four : please make or recycle an account within the (48) hours that your application is accepted. failure to do so will result in your desired muse to be freed up to the public. once your account is ready to go, message us the link so we can add you. 

 

five : we allow names in your character’s native language, be it korean, chinese, japanese, etcetera. if you are unable to change your name, please be sure to put your alternate name in english (avoid initials/stage names) if setting their name in a different language, so that we know who you are. if it’s already in english, simply leave it as is. 

six : if using a recycled account, please delete all previous photo albums and pictures to refrain from confusion when other’s get security checked and have to do photo identification. we will check beforehand, so make sure it’s clean (we highly recommend just making a new account). 

seven : set all of your privacy settings to friends or friends of friends only. your friendlist should be set to only me, and friend request settings set to everyone (temporarily, anyways) so that the admins may add you. 

eight : in your about section, please put ‘kindness is contagious.’ (with the period) and set it to friends only. do not put the name of the roleplay in your bio or about section. 

nine : SELECTIVITY in replies is negotiable, an example being you not wanting to give the other person a bad reply (we’d rather you be cordial with everyone), but generally frowned upon. however, visible effort must be exerted at all times. facechasing and shipchasing is highly prohibited while cliques are inevitable but strongly discouraged. 

ten : if a hiatus is needed, the document can be found in the announcements group and is the pinned post. hiatus may only last up to one month, while semi’s last up to two. dp and cp changes do not meet the activity requirements if on a semi-hiatus. you must post status updates, welcome new members at least once or twice a week minimum. failure to comply will also result in removal from the roleplay due to inactivity. you must refrain from being active in just pm, and remain active outside of it as well. 

eleven : all forms of love are welcomed, however mpreg is strictly banned while adoption and pregnancy are only allowed if your faceclaim is of legal age. moving couples are allowed so long as the admins are alerted. we will not allow for characters (who are minors) to date those who are of legal age in character (this applies to as well, no matter the age of the roleplayer). anything ual is limited to pm. keep it off the walls. we do not want to see any kink talk visible to the public eye, either. 

 

twelve : roleplaying is and has never been all about relationships! that being said, there is a two week dating ban for newcomers regardless of the previous relationship (i.e if your character likes someone you brought along to join with you) you might have had with someone else from another roleplay. this does not apply to moving couples, but please do inform the admins if you are a moving couple. do not form bubbles and talk only to your close friends or significant other, we will personally confront you if we see this occurring. 

 

thirteen : mentions of, self-harm, abuse, and other sensitive topics are strictly prohibited along with both homophobic and racial slurs. you get one warning before expulsion should you continue. bashing and hating will result in automatic expulsion and drama should be reported to the admins who will take the necessary actions. 

 

fourteen : character changes are allowed once every two weeks, but you must remain your chosen character for a minimum of five days, so mull over it beforehand. if you can change your name on the account, then you may reuse it. if you cannot for whatever reason, we advise that you make a new account after clearing out the previous (leave the groups, unfriend everyone).

 

fifteen : ic drama is to be limited, but ooc drama on the other hand is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action from the admins.

*all ooc posts belong in the designated group. the boundaries between ic and ooc should be clearly distinct at all times. keep ic and ooc separated at all times. if someone’s muse takes a disliking to yours, this does not mean the mun dislikes you.  

 

sixteen : godmodding is disallowed, meaning that you may not put another character in a situation to where you control their actions/emotions/etcetera. do not break the fourth wall! if you see something happening between your characters best friend or significant other, they do not know unless they are told by either party. the mun is not allowed to create conflict because of something that happened ic, so be aware of this prior to saying anything to anyone. 

 

seventeen : keep in mind that we run on a three strike system. any of those strikes that have been given include a warning as well. three strikes, and you are out. no exceptions. 

 

eighteen : remember, this is a closed, semi-literate roleplay. do not add outsiders and do not come in here expecting a cracky atmosphere. 

 

nineteen : if you plan on leaving the roleplay, you can inform us by messaging us on aff, or pming an admin. it is common courtesy to inform us of your departure.

*please notify the admins through the tumblr or through our asianfanfics thread if your account has been disabled. if an admin notices an account that has been disabled for over (72) hours and we haven’t been notified, that character will be removed and free to roleplay once more (you may reapply, but there is no definite guarantee that the character will be available).  

 

twenty : when you have been added into the groups and officially welcomed via group post, please redirect yourself to the introductions group and introduce yourself to everyone (*hint. include things such as: heart this for a text post, like this for a short/long script starter/wallpost)!
