A forensic pathologist, or medical examiner, is responsible for determining the cause and manner of death (homicide, suicidal, accidental, natural, or unknown). 

Being proclaimed the "genius pathologist," I got my medical degree at 25 years old and began my residency immediately. Growing up, I wanted to become a singer but at the pure age of 15 years old, I came home to find my parents hanging from the ceiling in their bedroom. Dead. The failure of a coroner proclaimed the case as a textbook example of suicide, but I knew better. It wasn't suicide, it was murder. Somebody wanted my parents dead. I dropped music and began pursuing forensic pathology. As a forensic pathologist of 8 years, I've completely lost my faith in humanity. Until I met him.

He walked into the autospy room with a big smile on his face. Who the walks into an autopsy room with a smile on their face!? Apparently, he was going to be my new intern. Yippee.
