the sun and the moon welcomes the stars
🌚🌞
Stories have always told that the sun and the moon are always a pair driven together by fate. They were star crossed goddesses who had overcome the challenges thrown by the Almighty. They aren’t always together but the love they have for each other was enough to compensate for the time not spent. One particular story tells how the sun and the moon had managed to strengthen their bond by welcoming the stars.
The sun and the moon did their best, meeting at dawn and twilight, to create something out of love that would benefit the both of them. They used everything they can to be able to create an immortal that could guide everyone day and night. When the sun shines, the stars would be there to support the day and when the moon glows, the stars would twinkle to bring joy to people’s nights. They were gods and goddesses that would be there to keep everyone at peace regardless of time. The sun and the moon had their challenges upon creating the stars. Countless arguments and reconciliation, days were filled with rain while nights were filled with coldness but at the seventh day at the third month, the first goddess of the stars had shown itself at the sky. It had shown itself the moment when the sun was just departing and the moon was trying to catch up with her.
Wheein was what they named her. She was the first goddess who had lit up the sun and the moon’s world. The first star who had bought happiness to the seemingly sad and cold earth. She was the first star that everyone would see when the moon shows itself to the departing sun. Wheein, the brightest star in the sky, the one who hears and answers everyone’s wishes at twilight.
A few days after Wheein showed herself at the sky, a flash of light struck the sky and exploded. A goddess had traveled the sky with its brilliance and glittered the night with sparks, creating more stars that would paint the night sky. Hyejin w
