It started last 18^th of July, 2016. A popular student- athlete of RBW University named Jung Whee In or simply Wheein received a letter from someone anonymous. This is just nothing for Wheein because she receives letters everyday from her admirers.  Wheein decided to read the letter. When she read the letter given to her, she felt a “tingly” sensation. She tried to deny it. She didn’t give a s**t about her admirers, but this person, this person’s different.
