Uh-oh
The VisitorYuri was humming to herself as she entered her girlfriend's apartment.
"Hi, babe. Sorry I'm late. I got you some-"
Yuri barely dodged the remote control that was thrown her way.
"What the?!"
"Get out."
She looked up up and saw Jessica glaring at her.
"I thought you wanted me to come over?"
"That was an hour ago."
"I'm sorry but traffic was really bad and I stopped by the supermarket to buy some ingredients. I wanted to cook for you."
Yuri said, frustrated.
"I don't want to hear your excuses. Get out now before I decide to break up with you."
Jessica said as she stood up from the couch and walked towards her bedroom.
"What's your deal, Sica?"
Yuri almost yelled. She caught up to Jessica and held her by the wrist.
Jessica stared at Yuri, still wearing that deadly glare.
Yuri almost cowered in fear. If she hadn't been used to it, she'd be dead by now.
"Let go."
"I'm sorry, okay?"
"I'll count to three. You better be out of the door by the time I-"
Jessica wasn't able to finish her sentence as Yuri cut her off with a peck.
"You think that would make me forgive you?!"
Oops. Wrong move. Thought Yuri.
"Get out!"
Yuri was about to retort when Jessica scrunched her face in pain.
"What's wrong?"
Yuri grew worried.
Jessica gripped her shoulder.
"Jessica, what's wrong?"
Jessica didn't answer. But a hand clutching just below her stomach explained it all.
"It's your time of the month?"
Yuri asked, amused.
Jessica glared at her.
"I see. That's why you were so hostile."
Yuri chuckled. She then swooped Jessica in her arms and made her rest in her bed.
"You could've just told me earlier. You got me all confused. First day?"
Jessica nodded.
Yuri smiled and kissed Jessica's forehead.
"Wait here. I'll get you some hot packs and chocolates."
"Cook whatever you were planning to cook. I'm hungry."
Yuri playfully saluted.
"Yes, ma'am."
Jessica smiled.
"Don't you throw anything at me when I enter this door, okay?"
Yuri joked before she stepped out of the room.
"Shut up."
Came Jessica's response.
Yuri shook her head and smiled to herself.
Girlfriends.
...
Well, that was nonsensical.
