Major Kim Seollim, who later would be known simply as Lim is a headstrong, fiery spitball of a girl who doesn't stop until she gets what she wants. Raised by a military father and having always been surrounded by the military life, she is a neat-freak and strict about her routines and schedules. However, this doesn't sit well with her new peers at the local high school where equality and human rights don't exist. 

Kim Junryeol, the resident punk-loving troublemaker of Sun High 'Taeyang-godeunghakkyo'. He doesn't know that he is the step-brother of Seol-Lim and hates his father who 1. cheated on his mother with Seol-Lim's, 2. left for the military life and his bastard daughter. He despises anything related to the mililtary life and therefore dedicates his highschool life to defying rules and regulations for he believes discipline is not worth losing people you love for. 

Kwon Sara, Jongsuk's best friend who is also Seol-Lim's senior's daughter. She is a tomboy who loves anything other than studying even though she gets good grades. She loves sports and is often seen playing soccer and hanging out with the boys than the girls. She secretly harbours a crush on Jongsuk who is annoyingly oblivious.
