It is definitely a mayhem in Seoul, Korea. Three well-known mafia organizations are around town, making people anxious on wherever they go. nowhere, even their own home feel safe for the citizens anymore. the only place- or rather, an organization that they can rely on was soteria, a detective group, as they are after all the team who sought for peace. these three organizations, are also known as the chaotic ivies, vulpines, and codification force are their main targets, for now. yes, those organizations are different on how they operate, but they are just as dangerous as they could be. let it be lawful, neutral or chaotic, their presence alone still scares many people as they quiver in fear. thus, the clash begins. secrets and affair will unveil, blood will also be shed. May the battle of wrath, peace, and pride begin.
INTRO
RULES.
one. subscribing to the thread is mandatory. we will be checking.
two. this is an alternate universe roleplay, where you won't be roleplaying as idols, but as citizens/detectives/mafias here.
three. respect each other. we are not looking for dramas here, especially ooc ones. please don't be rude, also accept and treat everyone the same way. don’t be biased, it's annoying and will lead you to a kick out.
four. this is a closed roleplay. meaning that interacting with outsiders, and that includes yet to be verified and unverified members.
five. one week relationship ban for your characters, but if you'd like pre-established relationships, then please do inform the base.
six. character changes are unlimited, but wished to be kept to a minimum.
seven. point of views are free for you to choose on which you'd like to use.
eight. we do NOT want the members to only stick to mentions. so indirecting on timeline and spontaneous conversations and also plots are wished to be seen on the timeline. self-plotting for character development is also recommended, also a background about your character.
nine. if you are inactive for more than 7 days, you will be kicked out of the roleplay.
ten. limit ooc, but if forced then use brackets.
eleven. if you are building plots with triggers (murder, thriller, etc.) then please mark it beforehand. eg; triggers: murder. (start plot here)
twelve. the passcode is to list down three of your character's personality. (we will sort out your organization by this, if you choose mafia)
thirteen. maximum hiatus is two weeks (14 days) extensions to be informed to the admins.
fourteen.. have a character profile/background for an elaborated description for your character, and also inspiration to plot! ooc wise, expose your identity (if you’re a mafia) but it would be better for you to keep it a secret ic wise.
fifteen. reserving format:
name+group
age
identity (mafia/detective/citizen)
occupation (undercover, if any)
password.
note: you don't choose your organizations as a mafia, we will sort it out based on your character's personality.
how to join.

four. wait for your comment to be approved before making your account. 24 hours to make an account and notify the base.

GUIDELINES
the chaotic ivies is under running of jung sooyeon, a twenty four year-old female who has been running this organization since she was at the young age of twenty one. here in chaotic ivies, there's no rules nor restrictions on what we do. breaking through all the law that has been build and gaining money despite the whole mess. the chaotic ivies represent destruction, whereas orders are something foreign for this place. this organization represents freedom, randomness and distress. things such as good deeds and law are unknown to this group of people.
THE CHAOTIC IVIES
vulpines mostly do things for a reason. let it be to get money out of it, or to gain name for their own organization. there has to be at least a reason on why they are on the move. vulpines views law and chaos as unecessary considerations, as they stand somewhere in between the two stands. vulpines are primarily concerned with themselves and their own advancement. they are at advantage at this, as they are sly and manipulative enough to trick people and manage to not get down and dirty but still gets the job done.
VULPINES
the codification force takes whatever they want, but within the limits of the leader's conduct. they care about tradition, loyalty, and order. they are not an organization about freedom, pride, dignity or life. this organization plays by the rules that they had set up without mercy nor compassion. everyone is willing to serve one another and codification force condemnds not to break laws nor promises. they respect law and strict order greatly, but factors such as life, beauty, truth and freedom are seen to be valueless, as they concerned it at the least.
CODIFICATION FORCE
soteria is a group of detectives who sought for peace and justice. they defend the citizens from the harm of these three mafia organizations and are very sharp and smart with their impressive deducting skills. they are here to make sure that the mafia mob war will not be occuring anytime soon and that the citizens are safe from any violence that the maifas might cause. they are here to put a stop to all this chaos that is happening to the city, going around asking witnesses and also clues in hopes to get a step closer to their goal.
SOTERIA
the gang are divided into three, and a brief history is that jung soojung, kim hyelim and kim taehyung were all best friends in the past. they had a very strong bond with one another and their desire to create a mafia organization was one of many ideas that they agreed to work together in. sadly, they view how mafia organizationswork in very different ways with one another, thus hatred grew between the three friends and they seperated to build their own mafia gang. mafias are pretty much an organization who kills and terrorizes to get what they want. mainly, it is to have power and money. the three organizations all have their different approaches to reach this goal. so, which one is yours?
GANG
the detectives is in charge of protecting the citizens from all sort of harms and threatens that the mafia had launched. detectives are the hero of the citizens, and the one thing that is keeping the mafia from conquering the whole system. there will be intern detectives until professional detectives in this division, and soteria's current mission is to get rid of the whole mafia brothers who are terrorizing the country and getting money from who knows where. they know no limits and there is no giving up on their list, as they will reach their goal, no matter what.
DETECTIVES
citizens are the most fragile one out of the three. they are always out in hiding, their figures shaking and always trying to get away from the mafia's radar. they would runaway to safety, and pray that they won't be the next target. there are two types of citizens, though. there are the weak ones, the ones who is always running away and protecting themselves from danger, and others are protecting themselves in a low way, in which they help the mafia out by giving out information and details about what is goiing around the city and also latest updates, in return of saving his/her life and exempted from the mafia's radar.

jung sooyeon, leader of the chaotic ivies welcomes you with open arms to atrocity. here, we will be spending our time toasting our brain to think of plots, have fun interacting with one another and pretty much have a great time together. and i can't thank my fellow admins enough to build this place with me, and we got almost 60 subs even when we're not open yet, so i'm very very thankful for that. in the chaotic ivies, what we're going to have is some fun time. no rules are needed to be obeyed, no polices scare us. we do what we should, and we will do it right.
kim hyelim, or mostly known as lime, will be glad to have you at atrocity. blah. we hope that you guys enjoy your time here at atrocity and also get a bunch of plots going. i'm glad that you guys are willing to take time to join and anticipate; hopefully, this rp will last long than other aurps. as a leader of codification force, there are rules to be follow. disobedience will not be tolerated as loyal will be needed. one wrong move and you're out. follow and obey.
kim taehyung. silent but loud. composed, yet rigged with disasters to come. easy to read, or so you believe. he leads those in his group with his head held high and a voluptuous smile to match. the male possesses a strong skill of leadership, one that could slither into what one describes as dictatorship if things get out of hand. he values those under him greatly, always making sure to help push their skills and values into its full potential. join him if you wish to bring out the best in yourself, but careful, everything good will always carry consequences.
