Gong Taekwang wasn't the type of guy to wait outside a clothing store,holding a girl's handbag. Gong Taekwang wasn't the type of guy who would be holding a bunch of romance novels in his other hand.Gong Taekwang wasn't the type of guy who would fall in love .....again.

He is now. 

Right now he was waiting outside a store for his girlfriend to come out. He could hear her scolding a saleswoman for the tear on the shirt she had bought just two days ago.It was always a mystery to him why she was so stingy with money despite the fact that both of them came from pretty well to do families .

"I'm not stingy,I just want good quality products" she said while leaving the store

"it was just a shirt,and you made me wait 30 minutes outside the store for it" he said pouting 

she moved closer to him,and placed her hand over his head.

Gong taekwang smiled,but the next second she wacked the back of his head and his smile turned into a frown

"YA! what did you do that for?" he asked angrily

"you waited 30 minutes,Han Yi An waited ten years for me..............you're lucky that I'm your girlfriend" she continued

"Not this again" he groaned. By this time they had reached the road,and before crossing it Taekwang held her hand.

"You must really like me,since I won you over in a year unlike him,who wasn't able to move your heart in like 10 years" said Taekwang smugly

" I must really like you....I might even love you" she said confidently

Taekwang was awestruck for a moment. She was his girlfriend but she wasn't the type to open up about these type of feelings. This vivacious girl,who was confident about everything else,had never said those three words, she was not good sharing all those embarassing emotions. 

The met again.....at the age of 19. Taekwang was transferred to a new school overseas a few months after his father's release from jail. His father decided to no longer work in Korea,since it brought back bad memories,and it was harder for him to work there when almost everyone recognized him as a former prisoner .

As luck would have it, Taekwang would be transferred To eunbyul's class. He stuck to her like glue,for two reasons. She was the only person she knew there,and since his english wasn't too good,she was the only person he could communicate with. They fought,all the time. Infact there were plenty of times when they criticized each other. Taekwang was never afraid to call eunbyul out when she was being too mean or rude to someone. And Eunbyul constantly nagged him to stop slacking at school

Eunbyul initially found him very irritating,especially when he would insist that he drop her to and from school. But one morning,instead of scolding him ,she smiled when she saw him waiting outside her house with his car. Taekwang was shocked,and wondered if she had gone crazy,Eunbyul had never smiled at hime before.From that day on they becamse friends. They still fought like little kids,but they had started to enjoy each other's companies. Taekwang had now made new friends,but he hung aroung Eunbyul because he liked to spend time with her. He had started to have feelings for her. He spend a long time wondering whether those feelings were for her or her face with resembled someone else whom he had loved.

Eunbyul too liked him,but just hadn't admitted it to him or herself,but she was forced to admit it,when one of the girls from her class started crushing on Taekwang. At first she felt irritated. She made sure to be as unfriendly as possible to that girl. But when one night on a rainy day when that girl made Gong Taekwang cancel his movie with Eunbyul ,so that she could take him out instead,Eunbyul exploded. Never in her life had she felt jealous over a guy. She ran to the restaurant where Taekwang was and dragged him out. Before he could say anything she leaned closer and kissed him. Taekwang,who was shocked at first then happily returned the kiss.

They had been going out since that kiss in the rain. Eunbyul still found it difficult to express her feelings....through words. So one can understand why Taekwang was so shocked when his girfriend said those three magic words

"YA! Go eunbyul,say it again" he said with joy

"say what again?" she asked innocently

"don't play with me,I know what you said,say it again ...please" he pleaded

"fine...I love you" she said,as quicly as possible

"again" he begged

"YA! have you gone crazy,shut up and walk,I'm not going to say it again" she said

"fine then I will,I love you" he said putting his arms across her shoulder. Eunbyul smiled to herself as they walked together.
