Sweet surprise

She was different from other girl. She was so stunning with her white gown. The white gown that wrapped her body. It showed her beautiful body curve.

Tonight, tonight was the first time Donggun met Jiyeon. In front of him, Jiyeon was smiling and occasionally answered when her father asked her some question. Donggun, Jiyeon, and Jiyeon’s father stood together while continued their conversation. Yes, it is a sweet surprise, Park Jiyeon was the daughter of Donggun’s old friend, Park Yoochun.

“Hyung, she really looked like Kim Tae Hee noona. I thought she is Tae Hee noona before. But obviously as you told me, your daughter is really looked like your wife.” Donggun smiled at Jiyeon. Yoochun realized it and responded to Donggun “Yes...you know right if i and my wife waited for Jiyeon’s presence for four years since Tae Hee miscarriage.”

“I can imagine how happy you guys when Jiyeon was born. You have a beautiful daughter.” Donggun praised and smiled warmly at Jiyeon. “But, Where is Tae Hee noona? I haven’t meet her” Donggun asked and looked at Yoochun.

“My wife is busy right now. She is really busy with her work. Every night, she will spend her time to write theater dialogue for a campus’s theater club. That’s why I bring my daughter here. Anyway, Thank you for always remember me even though we haven’t meet each other for many year Donggun ah. You always make people proud.” Yoochun smiled at his friend.

Yoochun and Donggun attention shifted to Jiyeon when she spoke up “My mom is enjoying her new work” She laughed, but later she quickly bowed her head to hid her blushed face and red cheeks when her eyes met Donggun’s eyes, her heart were beating so fast strangely. “What’s happening to me?”

“My daughter is already 23 years old and she still don’t have boyfriend. Actually there are several boy that came to our house. But none of them could convince me that they can make my daughter happy.” Yoochun told Donggun and he continued his word “How about you? Do you have your partner now? You are already 36 right now. Until when you are going to stay single huh?” Yoochun tapped Donggun’s shoulder

Donggun stay quiet for few seconds calmly, he stared at jiyeon and then to yoochun “How if i marry your daughter?” Donggun replied with his smile and moved his eyes again to met Jiyeon’s eyes and asked “Jiyeon, am i your ideal man?”

 “Oh?” Jiyeon looked surprise, she tried hard to not showed her nervous. But her cheeks turned even redder and it made Donggun smiled even more when he saw her so shy because of him. While Yoochun only chuckled at her daughter’s behavior who became shy because of Donggun.

“Oh you guys are here?” a woman came between Donggun, Yoochun, and Jiyeon. It’s Mrs. Lee, Donggun’s mother. “Donggun, you should invite them to eat dinner in party room. Why you invite them here and without food? Oh my god!” Mrs. Lee shook her head until a warm smile suddenly appeared on her lips when she saw Jiyeon. Mrs. Lee quickly said “Yoochun ssi! Aigoo..why you never tell me that you have a beautiful daughter like her?”

It made Jiyeon shy when Donggun’s mom praised and complimented her. Spontaneously, Jiyeon smiled shyly with her head bowed down and both of her hand embraced her father’s hand. “Please stop praise her like that. Looks, she is so shy now” Yoochun said and kissed Jiyeon’s head with care, love, and felt proud with her beautiful daughter. “Appa!!!” Jiyeon became shy even more when she felt her father kissed her head. Jiyeon pouted her lip which made her father, Donggun, and Mrs. Lee laughed at her cute action.

“Let’s go...” Mrs. Lee suddenly grabbed Jiyeon’s hand. A wide smile appeared on Jiyeon’s lips. She happily followed Mrs. Lee who led her way, leaving Donggun and Yoochun alone.

“Are you serious about marrying my daughter?” Yoochun asked and looked at Donggun. Both of them smiled.

“My age and your age only have 9 years difference. I’m 36 and you are 49. Do you think i  deserve your daughter huh?” Donggun smiled while smoked his cigarette. Donggun was a smoker. Yoochun already knew Donggun’s habit since the first time they met.
