Narrator’s P.O.V:
You squealed along as your felt the cool wind in your hair. Every dark-coloured strand was billowing in the breeze. You felt like you were flying—no—soaring.
Once you reached the bottom of the hill, your speed died down, and your heart rate slowed back to normal. The exhilaration and excitement calmed down inside you as you panted hard.
You slid down and subconsciously took a step as you yelped and lurched forward, accidentally tripping on a mound of icy snow.
At that precise moment, two strong but thin arms circled around your waist, preventing you from falling. You peered up to see Minwoo’s surprised face, “You alright?”
You blushed at the sensation of Minwoo’s minty breath on your cheeks. You straightened up hastily, “I-I’m fine…”
“You sure?” Minwoo asked sincerely, “Your face looks awfully red. Do you have a fever or something?” He pulled off his glove and touched your forehead, “It’s getting hot…”
You gasped as a zap of electricity surged from his hand to your forehead. It felt warm wherever he touched you. Like a comforting aura. It seemed to envelope you.
You pulled away yet again, “It’s n-nothing.”
Puzzled, Minwoo nodded, but then grinned mischievously.
“Silly girl. You have snow here.” Minwoo pointed.
“Huh? Where?” You blinked, subconsciously touching your long hair.
“Right… HERE!” All of a sudden, your face met with a freezing cold ball of snow. You widened your eyes, stunned.
You heard Minwoo’s tinkling laugh and didn’t say a word.
Suddenly, you clutched onto your eye and whimpered, “Ow!”
The laughing stopped as Minwoo good-naturedly smiled, “Aww, stop it. Don’t think I’m going to get tricked by you, my precious girlfriend~!” He cooed jokingly.
“I’m serious!” You insisted as you sunk to the ground on your knees. “Ow… it hurts… something’s in there….”
Minwoo noticed that you were telling the truth, and his eyes widened. How could he be so stupid? A boyfriend should always believe whatever his girlfriend says. He quickly sunk to your level and panicked, “Ottokae?! I’m sorry, ________! Where does it hurt?!”
“Minwoo… Your hand…” You held your mitten out.
“Huh? My hand?” Minwoo was confused, but he put his hand in yours anyway. Smirking devilishly, you yanked on his arm, causing him to fall face-first into the snow.
You laughed hard as Minwoo froze. He slowly got up as you widened your eyes and got up quickly.
“________, you…” Minwoo wiped the cold snow off of his face as you snickered, “Karma, Minwoo!”
Minwoo’s eyes screamed bloody murder as he got up onto his skis. You yelped, laughed and hurriedly skied away. “Get back here!” Minwoo roared as he quickly followed you all the way up the hill again.
