Seoul’s best Girls Fine Arts High School has had a working and followed hierarchy since the day the school was made, and everyone acknowledges the rankings. There are three top organizations that are well known and literally rule the school. 

The Passions; they danced their way to the top and only let people who dance with passion come into the group.

The Songbirds; I think the name says everything. The transfer's sister is coincidently in this group.

And last but definitely not the least...

The Acts; They like to think they're higher than the other two organizations and walk around school showing their confidence. The members of this group can make you believe every word they say, with their acting talents, and with that little information, they also don't let just anyone join their group. 

But...

A carefree girl suddenly transfers from Japan, wanting to have fun and learn more about fine arts. She has no care for some school hierarchy.

Someone has a problem with that.

How far will that someone go to put the carefree girl in her place?
