∞ Cheating and lying aren't struggles; they're reasons to break up. ∞

She glanced at the clock which neatly read 5:00 pm; she sighed as she took a sip of her coffee. He’s late. Figures, it would be a miracle if he ever showed up on time, she knew being an idols’ girlfriend wasn’t going to be easy, judging from her boyfriends’ busy schedule (his numerous voyages, dance practices, filming and so on), she knew she should be an understanding girlfriend especially since he’s been busy lately preparing for Infinites’ upcoming comeback. But lately he had been super busy and many of their dates had to come to a halt when an unexpected schedule suddenly arose, it had even gone to the extent of cancelling their one year anniversary dinner (one they had been planning for ages).

“Miss”

She snapped out of her thoughts and glanced at the waiter who stood in front of her.

“Are you ready to order?”

Casting her gaze at the empty seat across from hers, she shook her head.

“No, I’m waiting for someone”

The waiter curtly bowed his head before heading over to the next table.

She hastily reached for her phone as she heard it beep announcing the arrival of a new message. The smile that was plastered on her face soon turned into a frown as she read its content.

From Namu:

Sorry babe I won't be able to make it, practice has been extended to a few more hours or so.

She sighed; it wasn’t something new to her anyway but she couldn’t help but be sad, why didn’t he tell her before she got all dressed up and ended up waiting for him for two freaking hours? Then again it’s not his fault practice got prolonged, after all he had to work hard in order to make Infinites’ comeback a success.

I’m so selfish, he’s probably tiring himself out and not eating properly. What kind of a girlfriend are you Seohyun-ah?

The brunette swiftly got up from her seat (obviously, she didn’t forget to pay for her drink and couldn’t help but leave a generous tip for the waiter who kept her company) before heading outside the restaurant.

The very next day she decided to surprise Woohyun by visiting him in his dorm (she even bought food for the members, knowing quite well that they haven't been eating regularly nor sleeping properly ever since their intense practise sessions had started. They desperately needed all the energy they could get).

As the door opened she was greeted with Sungyeol's (famous) gummy smile. The latter eagerly extended his hand and took the bag she was holding claiming that it was a bit quite heavy for her to handle.

A laugh escaped her lips as Dongwoo and he began stuffing their faces with the freshly made bibimpap, sighing in satisfaction at every bite they took.

Sunggyu shook his head exasperated yet slightly amused with his dongsaengs behavior.

“Noona!”

A feminine looking boy exclaimed as he attacked her with a hug.

“Jongie” she glanced at the young boy who was tightly hugging her, she slowly let go of him and ruffled his hair, Myungsoo poked his head outside his room and nodded at her in acknowledgment before making his way to join the feast with Hoya closely trailing behind him. Infinites' reknown "Dance Machine" shot her a sweet smile as a form of greeting and as a form of thanks for the hearty meal she brought.

Smiling in return at the members stress-free faces (for now that is), this is probably the first time they are having a decent meal in weeks (curtsy of their hectic and demanding schedule, that left them very little time for themselves) she couldn’t help but sense the absence of a seventh party.

“Oppa, where’s Woohyun?”

The other members stopped eating as soon as that question left her lips, Sunggyu stiffened for a moment before speaking,

“I honestly thought he went to see you Seohyun-ah”

The young girl nodded her head, seeing her saddened expression he quickly added.

“But then again he did tell me his brother wanted to see him, so I’m guessing he went to visit him”

He lightly smiled, hoping to cheer her up in a way.

“Maybe he did”

She smiled in return (but this time it didn’t quite reach her eyes).

While she was walking on the street, she was debating whether she should call him or not.

Should I? Should I call him? It’s odd he wasn’t in the dorm when he clearly told me he wouldn’t be doing anything but practicing all day long.

She took a deep breath and shakily dialed his number ( a part of her was dreading this call). She heard muffled voices on the other end before he finally spoke.

“Babe, I’m a bit busy right now, practicing and all. I’ll call you later okay?”

His words were rushed and before she could mutter a reply he had hung up the phone. He had lied to her, maybe this isn’t even the first time he had done so; maybe she was too blinded by her love for him that she wasn’t able to c
