Jonghyun needed some much needed R&R and he knew the only person that could do that and help him forget his miserable day. His boyfriend was always there for all the members but he always had a soft spot for the blond musician and when he was upset Onew would make him tea or give him one of his famous massages. His drive back to the dorm  took longer than it should due to the damn traffic but he eventually got home and stormed inside to a mostlay dark apartment. He guessed Kibum had headed back home to his own place and Minho and Taemin were asleep. No wonder, he thought bitterly checking his watch it's 2am. He was at his company all day finishing songs only for them to say that some weren't 'what was expected for his solo album' or whatever the hell that was supposed to mean. He signed to SM to be a singer and write songs not to be treated like a damn puppet. He got to the kitchen and saw a light on and there was Onew at the table reading. 'Hey. You're home late.' Jonghyun smiled at his boyfriend and said, 'And you're up late.' He walked over to the older man and kissed his cheek saying, 'Don't you have an interview tomorrow?' Onew waved his hand and set down his book saying, 'In the afternoon. Besides you know I would have waited up for you.' Jonghyun held his hand and leaned against him and said, 'I was working on my songs but...they hated them. I doubt my solo will happen anytime soon now.' Onew held him close and said, 'Hey come on don't say that. You are super talented. Your album is going to amazing!' Jonghyun sat the feeling defeated and said, 'I thought so too but what if they compare me to Taemin? He was the one to do it first! What if the little guy thinks I mean to steal his spotlight?!' Onew had to smile at his man and said, 'He won't. Taemin was the first to congratulate you remember? You are both different the fans know that more than anyone!' Jonghyun let a small smile creep onto his face and he said, 'He did send me a cute little message when we found out. I just...I'm nervous hyung. What if my songs aren't good enough?' Onew sat there for a little moment not speaking but then he said, 'Hey I know what will help...' The older got up and started rubbing Jonghyuns shoulders and the blond man smiled. 'You always know how to make me better.' Onew leaned down and kissed his boyfriends cheek and said, 'I know you too well. If I gave you a lollipop it would have the same affect.' Jonghyun perked up and went, 'You got a lollipop?' Onew laughed and said, 'You are so predictable. And yes top shelf...' Jonghyun looked up and pouted saying, 'I may be predictable but your mean...' Onew carried on rubbing his shoulder and said, 'Mean? That's nice.' He stopped rubbing and Jonghyun turned around his lips still pouting and he went, 'Don't stop.' Onew shook his head looking mischievous and he went, 'You want the lollipop more than me.' Jonghyun got up and tried to grab his boyfriend who dodged him and soon they were giggling like two school kids tickling and teasing each other. 'Ok ok I give up!' Jonghyun smiled triumphantly and Onew looked defeated but he was smiling. He leaned in and Jonghyun thought he was getting a kiss but then Onew put a lollipop in his mouth and went, 'One for me.' Jonghyun shoved him but he was very happy now...he had a lollipop and his man had cheered him up right. 'I love you...' Onew hugged him from behind as they walked to the bedroom and went, 'I love you more...'
